Today my wife called ahead to make sure that they were taking used oil and was told that yes but when I got there a very rude man who I hope was not the manager said no we are not. However once she showed him that she did call that location even after he insisted we didnt call there,he very rudely said to just leave the oil on the counter. If that guy was the manager that would explain the horrible communication between them. I would have understood and not stopped by if I had been told "no we are not" Very disappointed because I always drive by every day and when I need something I usually stop at that location but as he pointed out there are more stores.So I will definetly be taking him up on it.

This is my store for almost 20 years. Ms. Tracey and Nolan keep the shelves cleaned and stocked and are very engaging and want to help you get back in the road. Thank yall for your hard work and dedication to your community.

I went last week to buy the container where the coolant goes, a lady named Isabella helped me.The lady speaks Spanish-Castilian, I ask her for the product, suddenly she comes with a box that she charged me directly without showing me what was inside that box.I told him can you show me the product, in a bad way he removes the adhesive tape which is left hanging, I told him to cut the tape, I wasn't going to take it hanging like that, he told me to cut it myself. I stay silent, I'm the one who opens the box to see if it's the product since she didn't show it to me. Then I ask him how many years the product has a warranty, he answers in English, I tell him that I don't understand him, he tells me in Spanish, he continues telling me in English, at that moment a customer intervenes and tells me that the warranty is for life. I tell the client thank you and she answers that she doesn't even make an effort to learn English... I stay silent again. Next, when he is going to charge me, he tells me to enter the phone number. I enter it and he tells me it is Carlos or Jennifer. I tell him I will have to be Jennifer. How am I going to be Carlos? He says I don't know, it could be Carlos... I told him I'm going to file a complaint so you know about your poor service...Anyway, I don't know how that person is serving the public, a saleswoman should never confront a client and even less fail to respect them as she did to me, something that I did not lack to her...I hope they take action on the matter, because surely what he did to me he has done to more people.Greetings.

I came to this location and Derrick and don were the most helpful autozone workers i have ever worked with answered questions and were very kind and forward I recommend this location but more than ever I recommend those guys to serve you. They should be promoted if not already!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Mr.Don! Such a nice man. I had a headlight go out and had to get it replaced after work so it was already late in the day and extreamly cold and windy. Mr.Don put it on after almost 20 minutes of struggling to get it on in the cold and still had a sincere smile on his face. Thank you for your awesome customer service. This is my favorite Auto Zone now

Rude customer service. They always send us to another store . They always on there earpods on a call while talking to to customers and don't have the patience to help. Very disappointed.
