I had the worst customer service experience in a very long time period. I walked into autozone to return the wrong pieces that I had purchased receipts in hand. The store manager Mia Sanchez Proceeded to tell her other employee that they could not return any of my items even though I had the receipt to my hand and I bought the day before.. She then proceeded to tell me that the tools look like they had rest on them and I was trying to swap out my old tools for their tools and get my money back like i'm a scammer. Then one of the items I purchased yesterday had Fingerprints on the outside of the box.She told me that it's obviously been used and will not be taking any of my items back and or returning them for me. Why this whole time?She is sitting there giving me the ugliest face.God could create speaking to me in a very rude tone.
And rolling her eyes at me the entire time

Commercial clerk complained because I showed up 10 mins before she was getting out and had the worst attitude. Spanish lady with glasses. If you don't want to work your full shift then work part time. I don't need your bad comments

I had a great experience yesterday getting my battery swapped out by Rosa! She went above and beyond given the circumstances of car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the staff!

I went in there for a battery check on Friday 6/21/24. As soon as I placed it on the counter, Marvin noticed a bulge on the side of it. He still ran a test which confirmed a dead battery.
Marvin was so helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service given to me was perfect. This is the reason I always visit this location in Houston. Thank you Marvin and Autozone.

Called into the store before making a wasted trip asked what I needed then was put on hold without being told all i hear is autozone is hiring delivery drivers for SEVEN MINUTES STRAIGHT never came back to the phone.
