Julius was extremely rude to me. He would not honor my return and crumbled my receipt. I have been coming to this Autozone for a while. But not anymore. He was too focused on eating his peanuts rather than take customers seriously.

I discovered I had battery or starter issues Tuesday morning and went here after work to get it checked out. The gentleman who checked it was very helpful, and I regret I did not get his name (I thought it would be on the receipt, but I had it emailed to me and it didn’t say). I ended up needing a battery and he was very pleasant throughout. Thank you so much for everything, and I will definitely be coming back (and I’m very sorry for not getting his name!).

There's an old Hispanic lady who doesn't know how to use their system. Make sure you correct her. So you could get the right warranty Because she will fight you to tell you that you're wrong.

I had a part go bad i wa not shure warranty was still good I didn’t have a receipt so they use my phone to find the warranty got me the part the next day. Always friend an give me 10% for military. Always feels good to know some companies appreciate military personnel sacrifices.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY THERE, THEY SELL PARTS THAT ARE DEFECIVE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE TOW BILL AND LABOR TAHT COST ME FOR BUYING A DOB. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOZONE.. USE XL PARTS OR ADVANCE AUTO PARTS. TRIED TO TALK TO A MANAGER AND THEY SAID MANAGER NOT AVAILABLE, TRIED CALLING TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS NO ANSWER.

Well, I went to this. AutoZone asked them to test apart for me. I have a bad experience the Hispanic lady she did not wait until I finish talk she just flat out. Say no not a good example for valid customers.

Terrible night shift crew on Veterans Memorial Dr. Bought a battery on Tuesday, January 30, at 1:49 p.m., and I had to get a jump less than 24 hours later. Did the process of elimination to see if it could possibly be my alternator and/or starter. Those were cleared at the mechanic shop, went back to Autozone & van fell died in the parking lot. Guy at Autozone wanted to charge the battery for 1.5 hours while we waited in the parking lot, then check again for a dead cell. Battery charged 30 minutes & he said it was good. Got back home & van isn't starting. I also spoke with the night manager at Autozone, who was very unhelpful. Will be going back tomorrow to deal with the day crew, which is a lot better.
