I have a commercial account as well as do my personal parts shopping with auto zone and every time that I come to the Aldine Mail rt store I get what i need,the staff is helpful and the manager Ernest is always there to go the extra mile for you, Yes they are busy some times but if you are patient and have the right attitude you will get the same in return from them.

Hours say they are open until 10pm they were closed 30 mins before that, maybe even earlier. Should just change the hours of business in that case.

Everyone had excellent customer service, but I want to thank Ernest the most! I don’t know anything about cars and he helped me find the signal lights I needed, some new wipers, and windshield water fluid. After paying he came outside to help me switch the lights, change the wipers, and fill up the water fluid. He was very helpful and a very genuine person. I’m honestly so thankful for all his help!

Give Edgar a raise!! It was raining and I needed windshield wipers and I don’t know anything about cars so I was almost crying, HOWEVER he was able to help me out and pick some for me as well as install them to my car. Mind you, it was raining while he was installing them and he was so very patient with me. Wonderful customer service and very kind im literally begging yall to please give this man a raise with paid vacation time!!
