Just wanted to take a second to say how much I appreciate the level of customer service I received at this particular AutoZone today came in without a receipt and the manager Miss Rachel went above and with beyond... I went to buy some lights for my vehicle. bright white light because the one I had was the conventional light and it doesn't look good at night and I asked the seller for help and this guy sold me the exact same lights that my vehicle had, I asked him to change them but he told me that it was already I opened the packaging and no I couldn't. He installed them himself and despite that he did not want to change them or return my money, I paid more than $60 dollars for nothing. ? I lost my money.

Very friendly staff and quick to help with my questions and needs will recommend coming back to this location ! Manager on duty was wonderful I believe her name was Rachel and she was a big help to me as well !!

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to get assistance with getting an air filter. Some of the associates were rude and refused to provide service or pretended to be busy.

This auto zone never opens on time I have an emergency car problem needed to be fixed and auto zone not even open and it’s 7:50 in the morning what a disappointment ??

This store is the best AutoZone I’ve been at, I come the customer service that I received. Especially Ms.Rachel Trejo, she was every helpful and loving. She shows that she really cares about her customers as if they were here own children.❤️

Called up here earlier today and Terran was super helpful with listening to what I needed and accommodating me. Arrived to pick up my windshield wiper and was met with professionalism by store manager Rachel who signed me up to the rewards program. She was super nice to me even though it was super busy; and she was also assisting customers in spanish as well. Terran also installed my part free of charge and didn't even take the tip I offered him!! Great place, price, products, and hospitality. Will he back!!!

I came into the on 1960 after taking over a new store that was a huge challenge for me. The store i had was problem after problem. And i was overwhelmed. Mrs. Rachel the store manager talked to me and saw that i just needed some kindness. And all i came in for was to look at some parts. I know autozone is all about customer service but Mrs. Rachel cared about me as a person. And for that it means the world. You have an amazing team!!!!
