I’d like to start off by saying i do come here often and the customer service is always very great. today was even better i came in and mark greeted me and helped me right away. Mark was extremely hospitable and friendly. i’ll be continuing to come here for great service!

My husband waited in line for 30 minutes just to buy some windshield wipers. Their receipt machine on the self checkout was malfunctioning, and instead of helping my man get his receipt when he asked, they checked out several long-winded customers that came in after him before getting him his receipt.

This is a great shop - my favorite location. Today Jacob and Ryan took their time to help us diagnose the issue with my blinker. Part of the wheel-well cover had come loose and afterwards the blinker began to malfunction. We weren’t sure if some of the wiring had been damaged or…. Both Jacob and Ryan were amazing - great, friendly and professional attitudes and very knowledgeable. After several tries, they diagnosed the issue and were able to locate and retrieve my blinker bulb inside the headlight assembly - and plugged it back in for me. It corrected the issue and I didn’t even need to buy another bulb - but I did - just in case! Will be back here anytime I have an issue!

A small lady who speaks Spanish and already speaks English well told me that I couldn't install my battery because my car is a Jeep Cherokee, I have come here and they always install the battery for me. I have 2 cars and both come here and now she tells me In ten years they have never put a battery in a car, I had to do this by myself and I even lost a piece under my car that I never found because I don't know where it was, which is the battery retainer, after paying 260 dollars for it. A battery do I get this deal? Because of this type of thing, stores lose customers... one by one everyone will leave here, my battery was placed incorrectly and I will have to go somewhere else for help

This is By far one of the best Autozones i've been to in my life ! There's a guy named Chris who seems to know everything there is about cars , I'd told him how i was having a poor idle with my vehicle , After Accessing the hood and giving a quick diagnosis he was able to identify where a subtle leak was coming from , I believe Chris actually enjoys what he does , and has a eye for diagnosing and repairing cars definitely goes above then what people may expect !
In Conclusion: Auto Zone you have someone special treat him accordingly!
