I called the store to make sure beforehand if they had the part I was looking for. They kept me on hold for about 45 minutes and after that time they cut off communication and didn't even try to call back… Bad attention!

This AutoZone location on Gessner and Harwin is absolutely my favorite! Every time I'm there, there's always someone ready to help, which is incredibly important for someone like me who freaks out about car issues. As soon as you step in, you'll find someone knowledgeable and eager to assist.
Usually, once you explain your problem and provide details about your car, they can easily offer a solution. They even go the extra mile to personally get the parts you need and sometimes bring them to your car. On multiple occasions, they've checked to see what's going on with my car without any additional charge.
One time, I asked them to fill in something for me because I didn't know how, and they were more than happy to do it. For me, it's not about the money; it's about the exceptional service they provide and the comfort it gives me. It makes me feel safe every time I stop by.
No matter what minor issue I encounter, I always stop by this AutoZone to shop. Highly recommended!
