I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick at AutoZone, and I must say, he provided excellent customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products I was looking for, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. Nick's friendly and helpful demeanor truly made my shopping experience a great one.

Twice i came in for a battery charge and check up and Twice I was told my battery didn't take a charge. I knew that was wrong so I brought my batteries down the street and were fully charged. Idiot young punks either don't know what they're doing or just scamming to make a sale.

I see Exactly why this location gets 1 star ratings I literally called to ask about MY LAST PURCHASE WITH MY MONEY my mechanic was with me so Autozone not this Location but another put my car under his account for my brakes I called this location cause I'm close to this one and I literally was just trying to see if i PURCHASE the front or rear brake pads last before having this shop remove my brakes so I can return them and get the new ones he started asking about the car immediately win i couldnt answer 4w or 2w he started so you thinks its a 4w or you know I said you can look it up under my number or ××××× auto he immediately says thats a commercial account and they are not .going to talk to you i said give me the number him I'm telling you, you can't call on the account cause the commercial guy is out and I'm the one helping AGAIN give me the number he says it fast and I just hang up lol y'all gotta stop having these people with high-rise building worker attitudes but selling car parts job answer these phones lmaaoooo

Attention: Women Beware of Discrimination at This Location! 0 Stars if I could.Yesterday, I encountered a distressing situation when my car battery died at work, and I sought assistance at this establishment. Unfortunately, the manager's behavior towards women was shockingly biased, leading to a deeply frustrating experience. Despite calling ahead to confirm battery availability, I was met with disrespect and disregard upon arrival.Upon entering, I patiently waited in line as the manager attended to the needs of other customers, predominantly men, who arrived after me. Despite my rightful place in line, I was asked to step aside while he prioritized male customers with battery issues. When I questioned this blatant discrimination, the manager falsely claimed they were ahead of me in line and proceeded to dismiss my concerns.A simple lookup of my account would have revealed that my battery warranty was still valid for another two months, yet the manager failed to acknowledge this, prolonging my wait unnecessarily. It was only after persistently seeking assistance from an associate, who begrudgingly attended to me, that progress was made. The associate's suggestion that I occupy myself with shopping while awaiting service was presumptuous and reflective of outdated stereotypes.After an extended wait, during which my battery was tested and found to be faulty, the warranty was eventually honored. However, this resolution does not excuse the abysmal treatment I endured. Both the manager and the associate displayed unacceptable levels of rudeness and indifference, indicative of systemic issues within the organization.It is disheartening to learn that I am not the first woman to experience such discrimination at this location, as evidenced by other reviews. The lack of accountability from corporate only compounds the issue, highlighting a failure to address pervasive sexism and prioritize customer satisfaction.In conclusion, while my immediate issue was resolved, the overarching problem of discriminatory practices and poor customer service remains unresolved. It is imperative that action be taken to rectify these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of gender.

Bad customer service, ask to change the battery and didn’t want to do it. I went to other autozone locations and they never had a problem changing it.

It is always a problem to change parts under a commercial account, the manager of this store always serves with a bad attitude, this store will lose many customers because of that person, at O'Really the service is much more satisfactory
