Jonathan gave excellent customer service. He helped me on and off for about an hour until the job was completed.
Ms. Kendra also stepped in to assist when it came to upgrading my battery from an econocraft to a duralast. Her knowledge was very comforting and made me feel confident in my purchase. I will be back soon ✨️

I came in Sunday morning not feeling the best but Kendra and Daniel turned that around I had no idea they would help go to great lengths to make sure I would leave with everything I need for proper working AC. They are very friendly every time I come in and always give exceptional customer service. They are true faces of what customer service and caring for customers looks like I'll be back again to visit these two.

Dan the store manager at the Fondren and Airport location was so helpful he put my headlight and taillights in within 7 minutes! So glad I came here!
I went to the Auto Zone down off chimney rock Don’t GO there before coming this location. Ryan and an employee whose name started with an H act like they didn’t want to help or they must not have known what they were doing.
