I purchased a battery, the type of vehicle is a bit complicated to remove, but that was not a problem, since a young man named Brandon assisted me, he was very professional and helped me remove and install the new battery, congratulations to Autozone for the service and for training their staff, but I emphasize that they have the capacity to do so but they give more than 100% in their attention. EXCELLENT CLIENT SERVICE. SUPER RECOMMENDED.

Went there to return two gas cans because of some design flows they have.. kept on leaking gas smell inside my car right after just filling them.. while trying to explain that to the employee he had some attitude and thought i was arguing with him while i am just trying to explain what was going on with the gas cans, but he just couldn't listen even for a couple of seconds and was trying to show that he was annoyed or something, dude came to work not in the mood lol.. buddy if you don't like your job don't take it on the people, he is clearly not fit to do some basic customer service.
Guy in his twenties, chubby with a broccoli haircut, good luck if you are dealing with him!

Im a woman who doesn't go under the hood much and its not that im afraid to get my nails dirty but when i see an available/able body male employee that can assist and doesnt/isnt helping me put coolant in my car(which was my first time) because of an female employee just like woah .. let me explain I called in while i was getting my oil changed at Walmart cause they said they didn't supply the coolant i needed and it was urgent that i get it. I spoke to a gentleman that assured me that the store had stock the coolant i needed and would help me put it into the car after the purchase, i thanked him. After i arrived the store had 1 customer & 4 employees on the floor and the gentleman i spoke to was currently on the phone assisting someone else, i felt some responsibility to go to him since his voice was familiarized to me and 3 mins later an fellow female employee called out to me asking if she could help. Boom i told her about the gentleman that helped me over the phone and said that he would assist with putting coolant in the car, thats when she yelled in the store " WhO SaID tHAT ThEy WoUlD pUt CoOlAnT iN a CuStOmEr CaRrR" i was like damn that was kinda rude but okay then took me outside and had me lift my hood (which i stuggled with) and she just watched pointed and said something about my struggle and honestly I was just embarrassed with dirty ass fingers. She did show me which coolant i needed but wont be coming here again. It took me so long to write this review and now i see other women a male employee getting assistant with her vehicle and that same female employee just went into the store rolling her eyes
