Very bad service from Mrs. Cristina, the Manager of this Store, today I went to return a tool that I grabbed wrong, I took my receipt and everything, in an unused package and I felt discriminated against by her in the way she addressed me, I have been a customer of that store for more than 15 years and something like this has never happened to me. I am very angry because he was very kind to other people, especially to men. It's a shame that I feel like a woman. Latina doesn't deserve the same treatment. I hope it doesn't happen again. attended next time with this person….

Bought a part and I has never opened it. I found one with haft price better on Amazon then bring it back to return but they looked and said it’s already installed and can’t return… Really disappointed…

I came into autozone for some oil ,Eduardo was so glad to help me find the right oil for my truck. And as I looked embarrassed because I didn’t know where to put the oil at Eduardo had no problem in helping! He saved me !!
