This business offers you a guarantee and then when you have to return or change something, they give you an excuse not to change the part for my operation, they steal your money and the workers at this place This place does not give the treatment that customers deserve, the workers at this place are disgustingToday I returned to this store and a man named Brandon treated me with great attention and the manager who was there today was a very polite person. The staff at OY is excellent. The manager from yesterday, the 5th, should not be working in the position he has. They should give the job to the worker. Brandon is an exceptional worker. Unfortunately, there's employees who aren't familiar with automotive systems. When they're told exactly what's needed, they ignore you.In my case, the young employee didn't know what A/C flush is or where it's located. He thought it was coolant flush. When told it shows they have it online, he refused to search the back or to look it up on the computer. The refusal to look it up on the computer is outrageous. It wasn't until he was shown on my phone that it came up online that he bothered to check with the caveat that it's only a commercial product. ?He then proceeded to tell me I don't know how they're computer system works. ? It's been the same system for about 20+yrs. Of course he didn't find it. I went to the AZ on Westheimer and Jaime had it for me on a few minutes. He asked the boss lady where it was located. That's the difference between arrogance at Fondren and intelligence at Westheimer locations.

Pulled up the wrong vehicle and sold me a starter that looks identical to the one I brought in. Few months later it's no longer working. Bring it in for the manager ln duty to tell me "they looked up and sold me the wrong part number and it's my fault I didn't know. Currently at O'Reilly across the street buying a new one

I have been going here for almost 5 months and have had such a welcoming experience. Lily is usually taking care of me and always makes it enjoyable.She makes sure that i get what’s i need making me feel comfortable.I've also seen the most progress here at this store compared to others.

The female manager, who lacks communication skills needs to be demoted to sales or parts delivery team. Very rude and disrespectful. I can see why she is over a group of high school kids.
