WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
"Mr Marques" sold me a battery. I specifically asked if you replace it too and he said yes. Then when he came to replace it, he said he doesn't have the right tools and went inside to get some help. I waited 30 minutes outside with the hood open waiting for "Mr Marques" to come back. When I went inside, he said someone else will help me out, waited another 10 minutes while all the employees are on their phones. Then he has the audacity to ask his coworkers to help me.... AFTER 40 MINUTES since he got back in. And then they say the same thing again "No tools"
How can you be Autozone and not have the right tools to change a freaking battery. I would have been fine just going somewhere else if they wouldn't have wasted my time due to their incompetence. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Great customer service, very nice people’s and friendly. Ivan, and keana are the best ?????????
Am just speechless, my car needed to be charged, but they ended up giving me a Free New Battery, for free, and they got it fixed for me. They make sure that my car was ok ??.
I recommend this place, and am giving them 5 stars.

Gino and Ivan were extremely helpful, helping diagnose what was wrong with my car and explaining what caused it in the beginning and how to prevent it. I really appreciate the great service, even as the store was closing

Christopher Roberto literally made my day. Helped me with battery check and then also replaced my battery for me. While there he also advised me about my car’s spark plugs. Amazing customer service!!!!!

Employees are lazy and useless. Cashier spent more time asking his manager if the self checkout was working than if he had just checked out my one item.

Keana is so rude. She acted as if I’m bothering her. I came in with my inspection paperwork and I don’t know the actual names for what was needed. She acted as if she don’t either. I don’t mind women being hired I’m a woman but if u gone act like they kno anything bring back men only. I’ve never had a problem at any autozone
