Terrible experience. A woman in a blue/green shirt was mad at me because she says I almost ran her over, which is not true, she más that I parked in a parking spot that belongs to and her crew that they rent. There is no sign that the parking spot is reserved Apparently they are mechanics and auto zone has nothing to do with it. I had to tell the lady to be quiet and to stop fighting, I was minding my business, and just wanted my window wipers installed and leave. The woman kept rambling and started offending me and I had to also defend myself she was acting superior saying that she rents the sport and that I am parked in a spot that’s owned by her. It is the last time that I ever go to an auto zone. I never want to experience something terrible like that.

Bad customer service, they make you wait so long, leaving 2 or 3 people free and no one wants to serve you, bad staff, they should look for staff who want to work and like to do their job.

I was stranded outside with my kids in the heat to find out that my battery was dead. I called and spoke to Chris who told me that my warranty for the battery expired the day before and I would need to purchase another one. I explained my current financial situation and he was able to speak to the DM who approved the replacement battery.
When I went to the store to pickup the battery Juan assisted me with the exchange.
This is what is called EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They made sure I was satisfied and left with a smile on my face. I wish the world would provide this type of service for everyone! Thank you Chris and Juan! :)

I recently shopped and was appalled by the intentional omission of an item from my bag. Despite paying for the item, the cashier deliberately left it out of my bag. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the store's honesty and customer service.
For The missing item I had specifically purchased and paid for. When I realized it was missing, I felt frustrated and disappointed.
Unless the store takes steps to address this issue and ensures that customers receive all their paid-for items.
Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I love Autozone - CS is always on point, however, the staff here are on an O'Reilly mindset and lack any ability to help and cater to customers. Management needs to go on a rehire spree here.

Juan, the manager, personally helped me change my battery - showed me how to do it properly and was really nice and helpful about it. Thanks man!!
Additionally, David F let me borrow a funnel and provided other helpful items for me to top of my oil in the parking lot. Thanks!!
