Came to autozone at 10:30 pm on Saturday July 20th got Approached by supposedly the store manager as he said, he asked me if I was a mechanic I told him no then he proceeded to tell me I don’t want you over here get the F out of my store. Yes I run the store I work here I don’t want you over here. I told him excuse me, but he proceeded to curse at me and felt high disrespected and I noticed he wasn’t sober probably was drunk or and Cocaine but this Should not be by no means the attitude and the words from a store manager, As the other manager and security guard was defending him, but they were telling me “yeah, I know he was in the wrong, but just forget about it “I was like if he was in the wrong and than it got to be noticed and brought to the upper managers are in people charge but ,I would like to talk to Jared if i can or the one that’s in charge thanks you and god bless

What kind of auto parts store doesnt carry individual hose clamps??? Make me spend $20 on a huge bag of various size clamps just to get the 1 I need. You should have opened the bag and just sold me 1. Ridiculous. Thanks VatoZone

I paid for a part that was supposed to arrive in a week and I ended up waiting 2 and a half weeks for the part and in the end they gave me my money back because they didn't have it and every time I called to ask if it had arrived they left me on hold for up to 15 minutes, anyway terrible service.

It is a good store but it has a general manager named Miguel, I think he is of Central American or South American origin and he feels like the owner of the store and seeing how he treats the workers of the store he is a despot, maybe not to all of them but to those who I have had to see him treat them in the worst way, just like he treats consumers, he has a horrible way of serving customers. I don't know how he got to that manager position. A person like him shouldn't even be an employee of a store, much less have in charge of the workers is despotic and I cannot say more words because I am so embarrassed to say them. I do not recommend buying in this store at all and even more so if it is your turn that he serves you you will realize his behavior until the customer is a person who has no the slightest education to care for a person

Recently came here to get a condenser and Carlos helped me out. This guy knows what he is talking about and he will always give you what you need. His attitude and advice are genuine and you can tell he truly wants to help.
