Autozone is a complicated store to run as an employee. These go through the wringer, but when it has the right people in the store, it can run like a well-oiled machine. That's why if you want the whole customer experience, go right before they close or early mornings. This store is one of the busiest I have seen. But does not make enough money somedays to support more employees. I like this store, they everything you want, and if they can't get it, they will find it, just give them some time. It pays off in the long run.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any AutoZone. I walked in to a long line of customers waiting to be helped maybe about 5 people in front of me and i lasted about 30 mins waiting until I finally got some help. I will say while waiting I have never been in such a hostile environment where the store manager lets his workers curse and talk vulgar within each-other in-front of customers. When I did finally get some help Sam helped me. I needed a check engine light & he did not seem happy about it. I did not appreciate the attitude but I did need my light scanned. Once I got my results I asked about the oil change special I saw on the window. He did explain it although I only wanted the oil and oil filter, he proceeded to charge me for the air filter anyways. I didn’t notice until i got in my car and saw the receipt. I went back in to confront him and instead of apologizing for his mistake he sighed and asked someone else to do the return. I asked him where his manager was and I spoke to John. John didn’t really help but to cover Sam although it was his mistake not mine. I asked for the store manager and they said he didn’t work that day. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Horrible customer service. Will be in contact with HR soon.

I came early in the morning trying to get my engine light checked the guys were all saying they couldn't find the diagnostic test thing they just offered me to go down the street I just think they didn't want to help.
