Way overpriced for any of the sand paper or scotch Brite. 20 bux for a half sheet of brown scotch brite!? Or buy a box from home depot for almost the same.

Matthew was really great at 10:02 a.m. August 2nd 2024. He greeted us when we came in, helped find items not ince but twice, and took several minutes to hear all of my concerns as a customer. I was very grateful for his listening ear and attentiveness during my store visit. He demonstrated that he cared about my needs and personal trials as a customer. I will return.

Always great and efficient service when I visit! S/O to Matt P. and Conlen (or Conlin) for always going above and beyond! I explain to them what I need, and I am out of the store in less than 5 minutes. 10s across the board!! Thank you.

Tried calling to ask about our battery warranty since we just purchased the battery from this location less than 2 years ago but was put on hold for almost 15 minutes and forgotten about. My husband just ended up going to another location and was able to get help before I got off hold. This location is closest to my house but will no longer be our preferred location. Over the past 2 years we have been provided the wrong item 3 times for my husbands Volkswagen. First it was the serpentine belt, then the oil filter and as we found out today…the battery. When we first took in our old battery for a replacement they gave us a battery that was nearly 2-3” smaller and when we voiced our concern about the difference in size the guy told us it was “the same battery they just changed the size”. Well thats weird. Since we aren’t battery experts, we accepted that information and went about our lives. Fast-forward to my husband being stranded at midnight last night with a dead battery, he takes it in today and finds out he was provided with the wrong battery. The worker told him he was given an H5 instead of an H6 which his vehicle requires the H6 for the added crank amps. I would believe these errors to be system errors except literally EVERY TIME we return the wronged item a different employee is able to get us the correct one with the same question “why would they give you this one?” while showing us the computer system shows the proper one. We have used Autozone for parts and replacements my entire life but have never had this many issues with a singular store.

I called Auto Zone to get a pr of windshield wipers this morning . I knew they had to be replaced but the severe weather caught me by surprise . I called and spoke to James Capetillo. He checked and I had him hold them til I got there . He was very kind . Informative and patient with me . I got there and sure enough got my blades replaced . James knew I was moving out of town and offered to check and make sure my battery , wiper solution was ok . Very nice young man . I know he’ll take great care of you . I’d continue going back if I was not moving out of town . Gave me peace of mind . Thank you

I brought in a battery for them to charge and was told it would take an hour or 2 for it to charge. Came in 3 and a half hours later and found the battery in the same exact spot we left it hours ago untouched and uncharged. I’m super pissed off because it is making it way harder for me to sell my truck!

Terrible customer service, products are not what it is labeled, and store manager will not give store credit, exchange, or refund when it was clearly the wrong product under the pretense that once it is plugged in the item loses value. When that is clearly the only way to check what the item is, and store manager is very rude and calls you disrespectful names

Went there to get a new headlight, The color of the bulb was not white like it was listed on the packaging, so I wanted to return one I had bought not even 2 minutes before from the store manager. Once I went back inside he started to argue with me in an unprofessional manner and even went as far as calling me “retarded” because he was claiming that he couldn’t return the product once it was open. Put him through customer service training because he obviously is incompetent.
