The guy was helpful until I decided I was going to go check for a better price and come back. He was annoyed he had to take the batter back and give me a boost since my battery was dead.

This store takes customer service to the extreme, Replaced my battery on the spot helping me through the whole process, even throwing away my existing battery safely. I will not go anywhere else for car parts in the future, thank you!

Edgardo don’t know what he is doing at all! Me and a buddy come in for pads and rotors for the fronts . Pretty simple right? Dude grabs a random box for rear brake pads when fronts were asked, but we were in a rush because we’re on call for our jobs. So with us not looking we took the pads and waiting till the morning to do the job. We come back next day after realizing he gave us the wrong box and a nice short young lady helps us out and tells Edgardo that he got us the wrong pads. He then proceeds to say “no I have you what you asked for” when clearly we bought front rotors and front pads and he gave us the complete wrong pads it was for the rears and what’s crazy is it wasn’t even for the car we got it for. He then keeps saying “I got you what you asked for and that was rear brake pads” anyone who know if u get front rotors your gunna most likely get front pads too not rear pads just doesn’t make any sense. I don’t like how rude he was I’ll be making a corporate call shortly .

Went to try and find what I needed to fix my car. I told the employee Ed everything we were doing. Long story short he rang up the wrong brake pads for the wrong side for the wrong make and model. & too too it off, he looked me and my buddy in the eye and told us that we asked for rear brake pads. (Not to mention we bought 2 front roders the same exact time). Embarrassing to have him work in the car part business, when he can’t even figure out what the computer is telling him + what boxes are saying. However this young lady took care of us and we are good to go.

Needed a new battery on a Maserati. I called ahead and the gentleman on the phone said they’d need to see the car to see if they could change it out (after I provided him the make and mode).
I arrived, and the young woman at the desk came to look at the car, but actually didn’t make it as far as lifting the hood before saying they wouldn’t be able to change it.
Why in the world couldn’t they have told me that on the phone and saved me the drive over here?
