Great experience but AC is not working in the store! This is very danger as we live in Texas with the worst heat! Not good for customers and your excellent workers to work in that condition. Autozone do better and get some ac in that store. I almost walked out because of just no AC in the store.. customer service is bomb they get 5 stars but Autozone needs to get AC in that store

Today I had visited store 1465 and received the absolute worst customer service BY THE STORE MANAGER! And I felt disrespected I'm thinking it's an issue with a color barrier and integrity.I visited store 5840 to return my Part .there was no problem I got my part returned and the best customer service thank santrell and her crew.I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT WITH ALBERT THE STORE MANAGER OR 1465 EVER AGIAN.

I had a great visit at this Autozone store at 8042 1/2 MLK today!! I needed to get my battery checked and Davaje Edward’s was very helpful and assisted me right away with no hesitation!!He stated I needed to get the battery charged and brought it inside and had awesome coustomer service!!I appreciate you!!

Really helpful! The store manager, Santrell was really nice and helpful! not only did she help me pick out the products that I needed but they helped me with my car too! I’m only going to this location from now on. Everybody was super polite too.
