When I went in to buy a battery at this AutoZone my car stalled in front of it my battery is one day old out of warranty and they did not I want to honor that I yesterday to do my price match they said no the manager was very very rude that night I went in and press the battery from them and everything I push the battery from O'Reilly in my college park in front of the store I asked to do she have a junction give me a jump she said no we do not give jobs we only sell Jumpers in this store I think that was so I'm very professional she was very rude and very kindly I was talking to the gentleman and she's buddy the end

I have seen that they put bad comments regarding the service they offer. But today I went shopping and Gabby took great care of me, helping me get the best price and the items I needed for my car. I highly recommend this place since they are there supporting you to find what you need.

I spend a lot of money with auto zone but the ones in Houston won't ever get my money again employees are rude don't won't to help what there paid to do and it was broke down in there parking lot that had the part I needed 6miles at there other store but told me they couldn't have it there till the next day where I live a employee would have went and got the part even if there job did require them to can't even get them to do there job that they are post to do and it was management both locations I went to just rude employees that don't won't to do there job

Stephanie installed a battery in my van
She was nice and considerate was a big help to me since I am disabled and can't do a lot of things any more and there's mostly females working the store and all of them step up and do a great job.

These workers are always mad and theyre unhelpfull. Mean to people like me who dont know a thing about how to fix a car. Theres hostility here now, probably new employees, not long ago they were 5 stars.
