Junior was the best. Went to the store to get an item for my car. He did something to the light of car and at the end did not need a light bulb. Appreciate his expertise. Keep up the good work.

I spent 10 minutes waiting only to find out "the system is down". Then a very disrespectful young lady runs her mouth and justifies there 10 minute silence as opposed to being cordial to customers. 1 star only to post. Go to O'Reilly its 30 seconds away and faster. O'Reilly on Lawndale and something.

Needed a new front lightbulb. Less than five minutes the manager Jr.r was able to help me. He provided amazing customer service. He even went as far as installing the light for me .I’m never going to O’Reilly again

This lady named Teresita is very racist and serves very reluctantly and is despotic. The lady also gave me the wrong piece and they reluctantly returned me to that store and I will not return.

Ask to speak to Jr. he has never disappointed us when it comes to customer care and support he even is great when it comes to understanding a single mom with my kids that ask a lot of questions lol. He makes sure he goes above and beyond to help install and gives great recommendation’s on AutoZone Products! 10/10 Highly Recommend Junior!

I went last Thursday to change out my wipers Beto provided great service with knowledge of product and even took the time to install new wipers for me without hesitation. I appreciate his customer service and kindness. Beto is a great employee. Other AutoZone employees (Long point/Spring Branch store) should get trained with customer service.My service will now totally be to this location.
