Second time my battery died and I bring it here. Both times "it's good battery, must be an electrical problem" they didn't say that when I first bought the most expensive battery. Asked for a second manager that took about 45 mins, kind of like a punishment for me to ask for a second opinion. Eventually I went back inside to buy a booster, three different people did not know how to figure out which booster my car needed. The second manager Hector waited for me to go inside so he can come outside and say I wasnt out there. Not begging anything, just wanted to get the warranty I paid extra for.
