As I didn't purchase a vehicle from them, mostly because I was ignorant to what a branded title is. But I did have a really good experience with one of the salesman without being hassled. Now I've seen some people giving 1 or 2 star reviews without understanding what a branded title is. ALMOST 1/4 - 1/2 cars on dealer lots have branded titles they are NO DIFFERENT then a the original title. A branded title means it was repaired and SAFE to DMV standards, & is no longer considered a salvage you get a blue title. I will go there to get a vehicle next time I go to buy a new vehicle in about 2 years. Thank you, George

I had some hesitations about going to a smaller dealership, especially when a few family members recently went through bad experiences. I found Auto Savvy on Auto Traders and decided to make the 30 min trip to see them. I’m glad I did. Although I almost didn’t purchase with them because the vehicle I wanted was too expensive, Jimena and the manager were patient and there was no pressure. Imagine my surprise and excitement when they called me back to work out something I was able to afford. I handled most of the paperwork-all with no pressure or hassle-from the comfort of my home while cooking, online. When I got there after dinner, I was in and out in under an hour. I never once felt frustrated, pressured, uncomfortable. In fact, I felt really good when I left. With the car I wanted. Thank you, guys!

I enjoyed my salesman Darrel and another associate Edward they were wonderful . But the experience with the Manager Will Halgren was not an enjoyable one he came to discuss the purchasing process and he literally rolled his eyes at every word I had to say, and when I would ask questions he would reply in a very curt and rude. Which just rubbed me the wrong way. If you buy a car from here just be wary…

The Entire staff at AutoSavyy gets an A+ when it comes to product knowledge and customer service!! I was impressed with their willingness to explain thoroughly any questions asked and very accommodating. Emanuel and Sean even found me a lower rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS THE GO TO PEOPLE

I had such a hassle free experience buying a car with them! I initially didn’t leave with the car, and they were very understanding and didn’t try and push/force me into a descision. The customer service was excellent (I was helped by Rose). I recommend this place if you’re looking for a newer car with the best deals.

Great customer service . We felt our host had our best interests at heart. We were interviewed for the type of vehicle we wanted and they were able to check all boxes. We left with our new vehicle greatful we met the people at AutoSavvy.

Amended Review! The buying experience was amazing but the follow up leaves a lot to be desired. my head lights were not working correctly and William told me to go to Firestone here in Conroe so I did not have to take time off work and make the hour long drive back to lot. I took my car in to get the headlights fixed with the promise they would send reimbursement with in the week. Car purchased in May 2023 it is now Aug 2023 and no reimbursement. William now is saying the check is in the mail... for 8 weeks? NOT HAPPY I have made numerous phone calls ... politely and he will not return my calls.

I am very disappointed in the communication with Autosavvy. You better have a detailed inspection with the vehicle prior to purchasing it, because if something happens after you buy it... good luck!As a reply to your response, I have been texting and calling and the problem is no one is getting back to me to resolve this issue. That is what I mean with the issues regarding communication.They only care about the sale. I would never recommend this company to anyone and wish I had done more research before buying from them. Learn from my mistake and don't buy from them.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and courteous with my time. I highly recommend this place. If they don’t have it on the lot, they will find it for you. The condition of the vehicles are top notch. I will be purchasing more vehicles for them in the future.

I made a journey from New Orleans to purchase a Tesla Model 3 and the experience wasn't as smooth as expected.Before making the decision to buy, I inquired specifically about the vehicle's ability to access the Tesla Supercharger. I was told yes by the salesman. The overall ambiance at the dealership was good, and a second assurance about the Supercharge capability by the same salesman.I signed the purchase papers. Before leaving Houston, I attempted to use a Supercharge station, however, I was unable toUpon contacting Tesla, it was revealed that a diagnostic check of the battery was a prerequisite before enabling the Supercharge functionality. This requirement was not communicated by the dealership.I informed the dealership about the issue with the car, I was provided with two options. Either I could return the car, or the dealership would conduct the necessary battery test and ship the car to New Orleans free of charge.They lied to me once so I decided to return the car.Based on this experience, anyone deciding to purchase a Tesla from a dealership should ask the dealer to provide a video or photo evidence of the car being Supercharged. This can help avoid any uncertainty and ensures peace of mind.

Juanita was super helpful and gave me all of the information I needed on the car I purchased. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in, which other dealers were going way lower than it was valued at. Very happy with my vehicle and my experience. Will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade in!!
