I had an accident and a co worker recommended Autos R Us Collison Center for the repairs on my Buick. First of all the the young lady at the front desk was so nice. The customer service of everyone that was involved in my process was amazing. Literally the only thing I had to do was fill out a few papers when i first got there and then pick up my car when it was finished. They handled everything from start to finish. The insurance covered all the repairs and my car looks great. I was worried that it would look like it was in an accident, like maybe the paint would look different or something but it looks AMAZING!!!! You can't even tell it was ever damaged. I definitely recommend this shop for repairs. Oh and the work was done in less time than I thought it was going to take. Great people, Great Place.

Great service and work. My back right side door had a dent and needed to be repainted. I had previously gone to another body repair shop to get an estimate, they had told me that I needed the whole door replaced. Autos R Us told me that a complete door replacement was not necessary and therefore their estimate ended up being less than the one at the other shop.My door now looks brand new, the color was matched perfectly, and the owner was also nice enough to fix another dent I had on my bumper at no extra cost. Thank you Autos R Us for doing this for me, thank you for your honest solution, definitely recommend.

Had my car towed by Jerry after an accident I recently had and had all my colognes stolen and the battery ripped out and replaced in my trunk. Isn't a safe place to have your vehicle in storage and expect to have back what you own as they're not responsible.

I have been calling for 2 weeks straight, and nobody has yet gotten back to me. I call every day, and every day, I'm told Jerry the owner hasn't confirmed. At one point, I was told that he said he would get back to me when he's good and ready.All I need is to get the window fixed and the bumper repainted on warranty work completed back in May 2018.I don't want anything else other than to have the warranty work the shop completed honored!

Worse service, worse management, worse shop!!!Jerry Palmer, the owner, will not accept responsibility for the mediocre service work completed at his shop back in 2018. I have tried for years to get the work completed, but they keep avoiding me. Finally, I stopped by the shop over a week ago and have been calling every day, and every day, I get an excuse as to why I can't schedule a service appointment. I've posted pictures as to how I got the vehicle back(filthy) after service was completed. The paint started peeling, the window fell off the track, and the list goes on. I have asked to speak to the owner, Jerry Palmer, to finally resolve the issue. I call and ask for him every day (for over a week now), but he's never in. I guess he is afraid to speak to me because that would mean they have to fix what they didn't the first time around. The only way people like this stay in business is by ripping people off and hiding. Of course, since the insurance already paid them, they don't care about the customer. They don't have pride in their work, and they don't honor their warranty. IF I COULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!

Absolutely the worst service, worse shop, worse management. They do not take pride in their work, and they do not honor their warranty work. I DO NOT suggest ever taking your vehicle here.

Poor quality work. It is very difficult to get any answers from management regarding their non-existent warranty.
