Not sure why this AutoNation has all the negative reviews in the service department but my experience was absolutely satisfactory. I brought my Ram in for some warranty work. Granted it took two or three weeks to do it, but they gave me a loaner vehicle so that's OK. My service manager Juan always kept me up-to-date with photos and text messages of the progress and they even washed my car when I got it back, I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership in the past and the experience was satisfactory. I had negotiated a price over the phone and the car was out there waiting on me when I got there so all my experience has been great at this dealership.

The Ram 1500 offers satisfactory performance and comfort, but I've encountered significant reliability issues. With two engine failures, a troublesome transmission, and numerous visits to the dealership, it feels like problems get patched up until the warranty ends. Be cautious; owning a Ram 1500 might lead to a truck parked in your driveway without an engine, alongside an outstanding loan balance.

I purchased a vehicle, a 2019 Chevy Camaro, at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Houston. The purchase went through on August 29, 2023. Some bodywork repairs needed to be done on the vehicle prior to delivery. The vehicle was supposed to be ready on September 4, 2023. The vehicle was not ready on September 4, 2023. During the time period when AutoNation had the vehicle, it was learned that they made a mistake on the financing. When the vehicle was purchased, leather seats were requested. Due to AutoNation's mistake, I had to go back to the dealership to re-sign the paperwork on 9/12/23. The leather seats were supposed to be ordered on August 29, 2023. They were not due to the mistake that AutoNation made. Along with this, the interest rate went up on the financing due to the same mistake by AutoNation. AutoNation did not offer to take care of this. The leather seats were not ordered until September 12, 2023. The vehicle was brought back on September 12, 2023, to have the leather seats put in, as well as items that were going to be reviewed and repaired. The headliner appeared to be warped or not glued correctly, perhaps due to a new windshield that was put in. The cigarette lighter did not work. Also, tire pressure was low on one of the tires. I also observed after the purchase and after being detailed by AutoNation that the rims had wheel covers on what were thought to be aluminum wheels. There was a crack. There was a vibration over 65 MPH. AutoNation leadership agreed to repair these items, or at least take a look. I continued to try to get updates on the repairs and the status of the leather seats. There was a delay in the leather seats. German Fuentes, who is a supervisor, advised that he paid extra money to get the leather seats in. There was a long delay also due to AutoNation getting the cigarette lighter part. I kept inquiring about the repairs. They told me they were being taken care of. Throughout the whole process, responses were minimal, if any. AutoNation had the vehicle until September 26, 2023, when it was finally delivered to my residence after this was requested. The headliner was not repaired. They claimed they got the part in for the cigarette lighter that was repaired. At the time of the sale, there was no spare tire and no extra key. The vibration was not repaired and I am a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle. I contacted the GM Mr. Pike with no response I filed a complaint with the BBB I was advised that safety issues were important but the vehicle was sold without both and spare tire and no extra key. This was the third vehicle purchased by my family with AutoNation and never had any of these issues.

During the week I had a lost in the family and had a bad week but Alejandro adames helped me out‼ He washed the car before I got there and put gas in the car already and made me feel like it was mines before it was actually mines....WHEN YOU COME ASK FOR HIM YOU WONT REGRET IT...thank you again

David was good, but Howard and Jeff went above and beyond! They made me feel comfortable and kept me updated on everything. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase and I was able to ask any question that I felt may have caused for concern. They provided excellent red carpet customer service. I highly recommend Howard and Jeff they both made the process smooth & easy and was very honest the whole way through. Exceptional customer service 10/10 I recommend! horrible service put my truck in for a oil change they told me two to three days call them back on the third day i was told there more days asked for a loaner car and was told they don't have any in stock. They never have any in stock everytime I put my truck in for service this place just sucks

If I could give ZERO stars I would... let me start by saying, SAVE your TIME/MONEY and go LITERALLY, ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Oh, and DO NOT let ALAN be your sales rep! I'm not even going to waste more of my time to explain what happened but just remember, If you are reading this review, and you still choose to go there... "I told yo ass"... read the other reviews.. Was communicating with "Howard". Told the truck was in "stock and currently available". After driving over an hour we discover that "Howard" had a family emergency and the manager said that the truck we were looking for was placed in loaner status and unavailable. They do not have a single truck with equivalent features. This is bait and switch 100%.
