I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car with the assistance of Roxanne, and I must say, it was a seamless experience from start to finish. Roxanne’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her customers truly set her apart.

I've been to this dealership before, they took quite a while for an oil change but overall wasn't a bad experience. Tried to get a break change and someone to simply look and see if they need replacing in front and back. I was told it takes an entire day 24 hrs to get that done with no transportation available for the repairs. The Day before I was told they would be able to have it done within four hours so I could pick it up after work and continue life. Would not recommend this place, will not return

I opted to not buy from this dealer because of their shady sales practices. First, I will note I live outside the HTX metro, in DTX so I would be looking at flying into HTX and driving the vehicle home. The advertised price however was good enough to offset that inconvenience. First the good, the Sales Rep, Steven was helpful, he was attentive and worked to keep me up to date at all times. The reality comes down to less-than-desirable sales tactics, which one may call shady, or bait-and-switch. The vehicle was listed at one price, and when the sales form was drafted, they added over 21% to the price in options. Fine, options can be declined, right? No, they have already "added these options" to the vehicle so they have to be charged. So, let's say, they are no longer options, and the base price is 21% higher than advertised. This is bait-and-switch, no other way to call it. I worked with them on this because I do like the vehicle, and even offered a final out-the-door price that was higher than it should have been based on the ADVERTISED price. They declined and countered with just under a 14% hike over the ADVERTISED price, that is when I thanked the team and decided to turn my attention to a local dealer that has better practices.

bad business. Deceptive business practices. They lie about $190 diagnostic fee, when you decline and go pick up your car, they hit you with a $2,990 diagnostic charge. Who would pay almost $3,000 to diagnose a car? Manager Oscar is a crook, he doesn't train the service rep William on how to communicate with clients, I asked for a supervisor he gave me a fake number first, then 2nd number to a corrupt guy Jonathan Brinson. This company should be investigated And closed under the Deceptive Business Practices Act, DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. I have to file law suit now to get my car back smh

I bought a door lock just yesterday and turns out the incompetent people confused a door lock for the ignition. mind you the bag had already been tampered with and I didn't make a scene about it I took it to service to get a quote for assembling it. the guy at service department pulled the drawing out and said we need the car here to give you an estimate. I told him no thanks im just going to a locksmith. today I go to a lock smith and that's when I found out the lady sold me the incorrect part. I called immediately and told her about it she said bring it today we close at 7, I go back to try to return it and the guy helping me says he needs manager approval to accept the return because the bag is open. I told him that's the way they sold it to me he was like I understand but the manager needs to approve it. I'll go back tomorrow for my refund if they refuse I'm hiring an attorney because with this economy I'll be damn if I give a dealership my hard earned money.

If there was a zero star ,that would be my choice . I've ordered 5 cars from them the last 4 were all special order 2015 Z28 Camaro 2015 Silverado HightCounty, 2021 C8 Corvette .Just with those orders I got the chance to be, I believe the 2nd persons to be able to order the 2023 Corvette Z06 .I put my order in just the way I wanted it , they ask for 40k on top of msrp and I agreed , they did keep me in the loop with the eta of the car's arrival but it got there a few days early. I ask Kevin my sales person to give me a day or 2 So I can place a bigger $$$ down payment so at the end I wouldn't owe to much . He told me he had to speak with the General Manager,He called me back and said no ,that I had to sign for it within a couple of hour of the car arrival there or they would sell it to someone else . Thats how they treat there loyal customers,at the end of it I didn't get the day I need it and they sold it to someone else ,I can't wait to see the yellow z06 owner so I can tellm that was my build lol

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I had a horrible feeling about this place as soon as I drives up and they took over 30 minutes to help me out! Then they were clueless why I was there THE WORST PART..... overnight apparently someone tried to steal the truck and afterwards I got a call telling my I should contact my insurance..... THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE! They are horrible in every single sense and then still try and make my insurance responsible for everything. The manager has yet to contact me and it's been over 2 weeks and no car and no communication with my insurance.

I got a recall on my vehicle for the possibily the air bag may rupture if it deploys throwing shards of metal potentially killing the driver and passengers. Chevrolet Dealership there's nothing they can do due to not having a party available to fix the vehicle I'm currently paying for. Sales Associate stated that the recall has been around for roughly 7 years and I just bought this vehicle a year ago. Their answer was we will call you when we have it so you can bring your vehicle so the expect me to drive this vehicle that may or may not be part of the faulty batch and pay to God that in case of an accident this aire bag won't kill me or my children. Terrible service! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It's been an on off problems with this place. Nobody can give answers or find a solution for this problem on a vehicle they sold me and their only response is You have to wait until we get the part to fix your vehicle so they expect me to drive this vehicle that might or might not be within the faulty bunch and pay to God I'm not in a car accident and my air bag does not burst and kill my children.

I'd give this dealership a zero if possible. After an exhaustive search online. I found a used Toyota Tacoma for my son. I contacted the dealer, Auto Nation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway via phone and was told the truck was available. A little back and forth about having the truck shipped to me and I agreed to purchase the truck. I signed the dealer sheet outlining the price of the truck including shipping and sent it back. It was received and the salesman, Christian Hernandez, confirmed receipt and asked for my driver's license and another form of ID to proceed. I sent it immediately. Since I was using USAA auto finance for the deal and I'm out of town, Mr. Hernandez said I needed to go to a local auto nation to sign the paperwork. I told him where and when I would go (which was within 24 hours of him telling me this). I arrived at the Auto Nation local dealer, and phoned Mr. Hernandez to say this auto nation didn't have the paperwork. He indicated he would send it over shortly. I even had their finance manager talk to Mr. Hernandez on how best to send the paperwork over so he could expediate the paperwork once he got it. I went to run a quick errand while I waited on the paperwork (because who wants to sit in a dealership) and about 20 minutes later, I get a text from Auto Nation Gulf Freeway, Mr. Hernandez salesman, that says "turns out someone this morning from another ford store down the road sold the Tacoma to a customer in house". So what Mr. Hernandez is saying, 1. I never valued you as a customer. 2. I didn't care whether you wanted to buy the car or not. 3. and that this promise they stick on their website is worthless: "To be an industry leader, you have to do the small things in a big way, and they've all added up to the highest reputation score in auto retail for AutoNation. We are America's most admired automotive retailer, with the most J.D. Power Dealers of Excellence in the country. It's all because our Associates deliver a Customer experience beyond compare. That means you can always count on AutoNation to take care of your needs, whether you're buying a vehicle or servicing the one you have. After all, the small things make the difference between a good visit and a great one." Or the difference between a happy customer and one that is mad as hell. Sorry for the long review, but customers need to understand who they are dealing with and how salespeople feel about making and keeping customers happy. Unfortunately, Mr. Hernandez and Auto Nation Gulf Freeway failed and have lost my business not only with their dealership but auto nation as a whole. Do better Auto Nation Gulf Freeway, do better Mr. Hernandez.
