to anyone that's thinking about using this company I would pay the extra money and go with NPC computers they are awesome, but this is the Absolute worst company to deal with they sell you faulty equipment and then when you want your money back they screw you for programming fees and restocking fees on their faulty equipment, bought a piece of you for my Dodge ram first one didn't work neither did the second or the third then they wanted to argue with me like I was doing something wrong, new one from npc fired right up first time unlike the three from this joke of a company

Bob is the best! Always knows exactly what's going on, treats us customers like gold, and always returns calls quickly. I've been dealing with Bob at Autocomp for about 10 years and he is hands down the best. And if ever there is a problem st all he's quick to take care of it.

I came today to get a new ECU for my Dodge Ram and was told I could not buy it, because i didn't buy it the first time I asked for it. As I understand I would have had to buy it the day I went and asked for it. This is disrespectful and bad customer service.

Absolutely amazing people. I've dealt with them for years ordering computers for my customers. The workers are very smart, friendly, and willing to go beyond expectations to make it happen, or get what ya need, when you need it quick! Would definitely reccomend to anyone, anytime!!! Got a PCM that was supposedly programmed to my vehicle's VIN. After installation, couldn't communicate with the PCM via ODB-II. Auto Comp would not refund the programming fee, which is understandable, but a 20% restocking fee on a part that didn't work in the first place is unacceptable.

We drove an hour out of the way to get a computer because they said they needed a number off of it, to get there and for them to say they need a key. When you call they should tell you what they need up front because not everyone lives close. Glenda was very rude in person and on the phone and did not try and help and just blamed her co worker for not telling us in the first place. We have used them for years and never had an issue until we had to deal with Glenda. Stay away and try elsewhere!!!

This place is terrible. The worst customer service around. The most intolerant people. No service. Wanna get yelled at and called a liar ask them for your next vehicle ecu. They will say they have it over the phone and then yell at you in person. Unbelievable. They also do this super sketchy buisness practice where they force you to program the ecu even if you just want the part. Up charging you for the part and service adding unneeded barriers in an industry that’s already plagued with terrible service autocomp added to the naughty list. What a shame.

They’re computers don’t work had them reprogram one three times ended up saying we’ll give you a refund and lost $200 due to time and with mechanic worst place to get a computer
