Over the years Raul has assisted me multiple times with sincerity, speed, honesty, and kindness. Most recently, he helped me replace my brake light so that my car could pass an inspection. I did not have an appointment, but he made me a priority anyway. My repair was done in minutes. I have nothing but good interactions and experiences when I bring my car to Auto World West Loop. I will be back!

I've been using Auto World for 2 years on a recommendation from my boss. Raul and his team are first class. They really go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is taken care of properly. It's a pleasure to do work with them.

I had the best experience here!! I would give them more stars if I could! This was my first time here but now I have found my new place to bring all my vehicles to. Raul walked me thru the whole process and was honest with all dealings. Great experience!! Thanks so much Auto world ! He even had my car washed before I picked it up ! Wow such great customer service! Above and beyond !!!

03/26/2024 - Auto World never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating. The prices are reasonable. They don't try to overcharge you. They're trustworthy! This is my mechanic for life. :)

Raul and the rest of the guys at Auto World are the best! They have been working on my truck for over 3 years now and every time I go there, I always leave with a big smile on my face: From replacing the brakes, to tire pressure sensor issues, wheel alignment to helping me select the best and most cost effective tires for my truck - the work and service they provide is top notch! They are all super friendly and knowledgeable - I will always go to them first for all my mechanical needs.

Amazing customer service! I had a 100% positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop! While I hope I don't need them soon, if I do, I'll feel confident bringing my car there for repairs. Super professional and friendly staff ... and trustworthy.

Great shop with honest mechanics !!! My fiancé broke down in Houston while I was at work (2 hours away) , insurance towed to the shop . The customer service was top notch . They diagnosed the car quickly and kept me informed every step on the repairs . I made the trip down to pick up the car a couple days later and have had no issues since .
