I have been bringing all my vehicles here for 6 years. I'm not sure about the rest of the negative reviews but I can say with full confidence that this is the only place I trust. Raul is a stand up guy and always does his best to accommodate on short notice. Thank you Auto World!

My go-to for all my car needs. From oil changes to a repair. My car isn't the best but Raul for sure is!! I drive a dodge charger but see all of types of cars here. Everyone here is So kind and knowledgeable. I never have to worry when I come in for a service. They even have a vehicle to take you back home if you live in the neighborhood.. above and beyond is what to expect when you come here.

This auto repair shop is the absolute best service with an auto place that I have ever experienced. I don't know anything about cars and costs of repairs and they explain everything. They do not price gouge or take advantage of women. My boyfriend looks at every invoice after I have work done and agrees that their prices are very competitive. On top of the prices being great, they are timely and their customer service is outstanding. I will never bring my car anywhere else!

This is what they did to my oil cap when I got an oil change with them. Do not go with these guys. They're overpriced, take hours for an oil change and they ruin your car. UNTRUSTWORTHY. Don't ever rely on them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!I received a quote over the phone, went in the next day with my warranty and they quoted me a lower price.... AFTER completing service to my vehicle the manager increased the price by 11% (before tax). NOT OKAY!

They did an excellent and prompt job with my regular oil change service, and honored the AAA package (which is less expensive than regular prices). On a separate occasion, I heard weird noises when I was driving at a slow pace, asked them to diagnose, and they traced it to a rear tire. Staff were courteous and low pressure. Highly recommend

This is a real find. Mechanics who you can trust. Gerry and Raul probably saved me thousands by not allowing me to do everything my car needs but only those things which were needed for passing annual inspection. Now I have a little money saved for a new car. Conveniently located right off the loop and really nice people.

If you're looking for a nice clean pre-owned vehicle I would recommend West Loop Auto Sales which is close to the Galleria Mall. Nice selection of Jeeps.

I take my Honda Element and F-150 here. Won’t go anywhere else. They have earned my trust. Raul, who I always see at the front desk, is especially good to deal with and they keep me well informed about progress on my vehicles. I never feel they are trying to exaggerate my repair needs or overcharge me.
