I highly recommend this place! The process was easy, the price was great, the customer service was friendly, and the turnaround time was fast.
they made me feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. All cars on the lot are well kept. The windshield was broken but they fixed it and didn’t pressure me to buy or even pay for the car before doing the repairs. This will be my go to place for a quality used car.

haven’t even bought from them yet, but giving five stars anyway because of their professionalism. Test drove a vehicle I was really interested in. Lady was totally upfront with me and said we have to fix the lifter on this vehicle and we can keep in touch with you for when it is ready. I said, wow, thank you ma’am very much for telling me that, that is very nice of you. So even if I end up buying a vehicle from somewhere else, I recommend this place simply because the lady and the salesman were cool and upfront about those things. Thank you!

She was patient, meticulous, honest, upfront, and gave me all my add-ons with no problem. Rachel is by far the nicest and best car salesperson and dealer owner I have ever ever had the pleasure of working with. I am located out of state, but I could not have asked for a better experience working with someone. A last minute issue arose on my end, and I didn't end up purchasing with them, but nonetheless I would recommend buying from them to anyone, no matter your need. She has a beautiful Range Rover on her lot at an unbeatable price, that she had inspected for me, everything is perfect with the vehicle, and she jumped through a lot of hoops for me and was always responsive immediately to any requests.
Auto Plaza is 100% the place I would go for any used vehicle in the Houston area.

Truly outstanding service! This place not only has amazing deals but it also has wonderful service. Anytime we call, we know we will be taken care of. This past thursday I hydroplaned my car and had some damage but as soon as I called them, they told me to come in as soon as possible. I got there the following Saturday and they did not hesistate to immediately get to work. I cannot be anymore thankful for having chosen such an amazing dealership for my car.

Called to make sure they had a car I wanted. Drove 2 hours, got there, tried to work on a price. Come to find out I guess there's only one person there that can actually sell the cars on the lot, and he wasn't there. The woman there has the title of" General Manager" she can't actually sell anything without someone else's permission. So I leave my name and number, with the" he'll call you when he gets out of a meeting. I guess he's still in that meeting, I've never heard from them.
