I had an Engine System Management Problem light on my dash, the dealership wanted to charge me $225 just to run the diagnostics. The mechanic at Auto EMS checked AND repaired my car for less than cost of just diagnostics at the dealership. I was in and out in an hour. Also, he took the time to show me evidence of critters getting under the hood at night and told me how to protect my engine. Above and beyond! I will never take my car anywhere else!

I stopped by on my way to work because my brakes were making a strange noise. It turned out my brake pads were completely worn down, causing metal-to-metal contact. Thankfully, the mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car ready in about 2 hours. They replaced all four rotors and changed the brake pads, all at a great price. Excellent service and a smooth experience!

I heard from a neighbor that his imported European car had a small problem and he couldn't fix it after trying several places. The owner of this shop quickly helped him repair it and solved his problem. After hearing what he said, my car's oil change and vehicle inspection were taken care of here. The price is fair and the boss is a real person. He is highly recommended!

Edward and his team were friendly, honest and effective! My AC wasn't cooling down enough. They explained that the long-term solution was to open the dash and fix it, but that would be expensive and unnecessary. So he did a quick and affordable refrigerant recharge and I was out the door in less than an hour! The AC is working great now and he said I shouldnt need to do this again for another few years.

Mgr never did speak with me, waited over 30 minutes for someone to talk to me about my car and they never did. Acted as though I wasn't there. Terrible service, Terrible attitudes!!!
