Sold me a bad caliper that damaged my new rotors and were very difficult to take care of the damages it caused me. It is clear that they don’t care for the customer at all. They have no parts in stock so it takes longer than other shops for your car to be ready and if they damage your vehicle they won’t tow it back to their shop it is up to you to solve the problem. Andrew the salesman was nice and respectful but never tried to go out of his way to help me get the car back to his shop. lack of empathy for my situation. Only got a refund for the part no labor or stripped lug nuts they damaged when removing the tire. They did reach out after this review to try and take care of me so I am changing the star to a 3 instead of a 1.

These guys are great and very punctual. I was a walk in to the shop after I got stood up at Brake Check (I waited and was never helped). They got me right in for an alignment and I was out of there in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
