This place is very fast with results. Never busy. Seems like not many people know about! However I do wish they would include reference ranges and quantity in there UTI testing to know whether its infectious or commensal.

The service here is excellent. There was very little wait time. The staff verified what exactly was needed for our flight and then made sure we would receive the results in the correct format with the required information for our needs. We filled out the paperwork and had the test done in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and made sure all of our questions were answered. We received the results through email within an hour, just as promised. I highly recommend using them for your Covid testing.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. I did an expedited test, and the staff told me that I would get the result in about an hour and a half. In fact, I received the result in an hour.

Very happy with my experience, I needed a RT-PCR for international travel and none of the government sponsored testing sites could guarantee results back in the time frame I needed it. I came here at 8am, they were able to see me right away, it took less than 5 minutes to get in and out. I received my results by email by 11am the same day with all the information (name, passport #, etc) I needed AND it was FREE (I was expecting to pay but it was a pleasant surprise).

I would have given five stars despite the long wait time, but only half of my testing for travel was returned to me (partner received his results hours later, and I have yet to receive mine). They are somewhat efficient but this error is disappointing.Luckily, they seem responsive if you have not received your result if you email them ASAP.Update: They corrected the issue, so I raised my review to 4 stars.

My experience was very professional and informative. I also received my negative results in a timely manner. In a previous experience at another lab, I paid $130 and the technician at Auspicious Lab informed me that my insurance was adequate.

I have used Auspicious Lab for my covid test and found them to be quick and professional. They did, however respond promptly and worked on tracking down and sending the results across. In Houston, we found them very professional for covid testing.
