I initially was going to write an email due to my package not being delivered but I have to give props to this company. They responded (not quickly but they still did) and were able to refund me. I will definitely keep buying from them.

I ordered cologne for my son. We received the item quickly, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! I sent the item back over a month ago and they still haven't processed my refund. I have tracking and know they received it. When I reach out to customer service they state it takes 3-5 days process refunds. It has been over 45 days! We order lots of cologne and this is my first and last time ordering from them! So disappointing!

Order a "new bottle" of Creed aventus Absolud and the item was used . I don't recommend to buy for this website.

If you want to get FAKE fragrance you are right place. I bought over $500 in my last purchase online than got from original site and compared them it’s obviously FAKE smell and quality bottles spraying and time smelling.. so sad .. customer service doesn’t refund my money back.

If you're concerned about the fragrances being fake or poor quality don't buy from them. We all wanna smell good and wear the finest, but we obviously don't wanna pay big box prices. People are so afraid of buying fake products, but they'll gamble with their last... Sit around sniffing their wrists all day, burn their nose out and complain on the internet about longevity. Stop it, just go spend double or triple the price to know it's real... Then you'll see it's all in your head and YouTubers lied to you when they hyped those free bottles they got and called them "beast mode."The people were nice to me, had smiles on their faces, and everyone that shopped while I was there for 2 hours sampling at least 60 fragrances was repeat and happy... Most of them had smiles on their faces too.I'd be disappointed in a dented box if I ordered too, but knowing I spent 160 instead of 400 would sober me up. A dent in the box could very well be the reason you got it for the low in the first place.

Their prices online are cheaper than in store. The online store gives you an option to pick up the item in person, so i don’t understand the price difference of 20.00 . I should’ve made them aware of this prior to purchasing. I will contact them to inquire as that is an issue.Service was decent. Some of the employees were unprofessional did not look presentable at all. (Pajamas at work??????) they need to do better. Very poor customer service overall.

Received a damaged perfume box..that doesn't help for a gif. Now that I've red the reveiews I'll pass on any future purchases from Aura.

Walked in to buy perfume that was on display. Could not purchase because they did not have price. I asked if I could get the discount on my other perfumes since they could not sell me the perfume for an error on their part, owner would not honor. I was told to come back on Sunday, came back, same excuse. Horrible business!!!!

They sold me a fake then refused to refund me. And while messaging them they responded with stupid comments like a 12 year old. I ultimately had to do a charge back with my credit card. Be careful.

3 stars is for quality and authentic fragrances. I bought a large bundle (5 bottles- full sizes) and batch code checked all of them. They also smell the same as the perfumes I’ve ordered from retail.2 stars off for customer service. Very apathetic, rude and condescending. Lazy, as well. Not a good look, especially when they’re in the wrong.But, it’s a discount fragrance store and they’re foreigners and typically have attitudes toward Americans or just in general, lol. Always keep in mind that you’re a paying customer, so don’t be afraid to check them if they’re rude. Which they are 99% of the time, lol.So if you’re okay with that I’d definitely shop here, otherwise. Majority of their perfumes and colognes are competitively priced and even less. No experience with shipping as I live locally but have heard they ship pretty fast, as well.

This is my second time ordering from Aura Fragrance after finding them on TikTok. First off the prices are great and they have niche perfumes that are usually sold out. That being said, first order was perfect and no issues whatsoever. My most recent order that arrived yesterday was another story. I was horrified and disgusted. The packaging had yellow streaks all over the exterior and the label but I didn't think much of it. As I picked it up, I kept getting whiffs of something foul mixed with curry. When I opened the package I noticed that it was double wrapped in USPS bubble wrap. I began cutting through and what did I find? Tons and tons of dead AND alive worms just wiggling around. I took the package outside and cut through the rest. Not only were they in the first bubble wrap, they were in the second bubble wrap AND the sealed perfume box. Immediately emailed them and never received a reply. Disgusted and so disappointed

Really cheap prices all are 100% authentic perfumes u can get a 150$ perfume in department stores here for like 40-55$ and all re authentic great place to save money and buy perfumes and staff is really helpfull and tyanna helped a lot to explore new perfumes n smells
