Don't ever send here! I sent our package last November and when it arrives in manila. Everything was just so slow. I used different carrier before and they were so much better and faster. Please don't use this. Until now still waiting for our package to be delivered where they put ETA 3 days ago.

I've been using this for years, but they have so many changes, expect extra charges, the cheese is said to be heavy, well, it's a tree. What do you want to know? Bubbles? At least be honest to people with extra charges. I don't think I can recommend this again to a friend and family.

It's been quite a while since I sent a balikbayan box to the Philippines, as I always want to make sure I choose the right company. This time, we decided to drive to San Antonio to pick up a box from LBC. Once we arrived home, I began searching for comparisons to find the best option. I'm sooo disappointed!!! Sent 3 boxes picked up at the same time last March 19.. The 2 boxes was delivered June 8 but the other 1 still somewhere!! They said it was loaded on the other container??? My point is how would you separate when I did send them at the same time?? SORRY NO MORE BUSINESS

My boxes were picked up Jan 2 and loaded Jan 22. Been tracking it lately it stated different date of loading which is Feb. They posted ETA 1st week April then changed into April 15.. IT was there 15 then to warehouse 20th. Loaded for delivery April 23 and its already night the 25th and no delivery yet. What is going on 3days in the hot delivery truck? Never had so frustrated, likewise m y family waiting everyday. All the food items must have been expired by now. I've been using Atlas for 20 years sending at least 3 boxes every 3 months. You're losing loyal customers with all these problems lately.

Shipped box Oct2019 after many text and phone calls, my box was not included in the shipment. Said, February will be the ETA. All they can say is sorry. So much inconvenience in my part. Never will use this cargo again !!
