I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Athre and his staff for a consultation. After careful consideration, I chose Dr. Athre for my facial surgery. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted him. He is so knowledgeable and experienced. My results were wonderful! I’m extremely happy and have already referred four of my friends and even a family member to him. Dr. Athre truly cares about each patient & his work! My results were everything I was hoping for. I have been wanting to fix my nose since forever, aesthetically I had a hump on the bridge, my nose tipped slightly downwards and my nose was crooked, it didn’t quite sit straight on my face, it went from left to right.I started looking at doctors about 1 year prior to my procedure, right after I had my first baby, maybe it was the hormones but I felt like my nose just looked worse than it ever did before, with all the added weight during the pregnancy I just did not feel like myself. So yes, I made up my mind and started doing extensive research on rhinoplasty, the actual procedure and doctors. By the way if it’s anything you should know about me for this review is that I am a very particular and picky person especially when it comes to my mind body and health. Anyhoos, once I had done my research which was based on doctors qualifications, reviews, and before and after pics etc. I started booking consultations based on my list. In all I had about 10 consultations, and at the end trusted my research and gut and chose Dr.Athre. My top reasons for choosing him was that he was double board certified, he specializes specifically in facial plastic surgery and during our consultation he was very thorough and explained everything to me, he basically checked all the boxes I needed to give my mind ease that the right decision was made.I had my procedure done in October 2022 and it’s now November 2023 and I am a little over 1 year post op and I could not be happier with my results, 110% satisfied. If you want pics you can message me privately and I will share with anyone considering rhinoplasty.Dr.Athre and his team made me feel completely comfortable before and after my procedure. To be honest I expected to be in a lot of pain when I woke up but on a scale of 1 to 10 it was probably about a 2, just uncomfortable if anything, I was given prescription pain killers but didn’t even take any of it, just took some panadol at night to help me sleep. I must also mention that in my pre-op they gave me a goody bag with literally everything I needed for recovery after my procedure, so don’t go and buy anything unless they tell you to.I remember after my procedure when I woke up the doctor was there to see me, he updated me on how everything went and made sure I was ok to leave the hospital. Also the hospital that he works out of is amazing, the nurses and anesthesiologist were all very professional and nice…it’s his whole team guys, very professional to say the least.They did ask me for a review after my procedure, but I wanted to wait and see my final results before I leave it here, and like I said before, if you’re here reading this review and considering rhinoplasty just go ahead and book the consultation and see for yourself, my consultation was free!I also want to mention that I am not from the US and they were very accommodating with me, his staff Barbara was the best in helping me sort out everything before my arrival so everything went smoothly.I hope this review helps someone out there, and thanks again to Dr.Athre and team, your hands are truly gifted and keep up the amazing work.

When I was 5 months pregnant my nose was broken by my toddler. After researching plastic surgeons to have the large bend in it fixed, I was referred Dr. Athre by an ENT and am so glad I chose him! I’ve had a first class experience from start to finish and am extremely happy with my result. The recovery process was explained thoroughly and was exactly what I expected. I had such minimal pain, and was able to resume caring for my baby that same afternoon. Communication through the clinic and hospital was excellent. Beforehand, I had not considered rhinoplasty, but I think my nose is better than it was before! Very happy patient, I highly recommend him if you are considering facial surgery.

I recently had fat transfer to my face and lip augmentation via VY Plasty and I could not be happier with my results . Dr. Athre was amazing and made me feel comfortable and explained the procedure and recovery in detail. I felt safe and I would highly recommend him. I also have to say that his whole staff was also very nice and professional and I felt more like family than a patient.
