I had never been to this location, so I was skeptical because I had an exchange. But Vee ( I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely helpful, making sure that I was well taken care of my issue. Even though there were some other customers behind me, she did not lose interest with me until i was well taken care of.I will definitely be returning to this location because I truly love the quality and styles of Athleta.

Love this location in the heart of Town and Country in Htown.The service has always been hit or miss .You can walk in and they are not busy and have 3 Athleta employees ask if need anything or shop around for 20 to 30 min.to not have anyone say a word to you.Sometimes I like that personal customer service neglect so I can just get in and out without having to constantly let them know " if I need assistance, I will ask."Their employees are mostly friendly, and I have shopped there for years for their consistant quality of athletic gear that stands up to many washings in cold water .They have great sales and even offer medical employee discounts, which I appreciate. They offer a thread's up program to reduce the clothes that get put into landfills and allow you to retire your gently used athletic clothes to charities.Parking is super easy as the Banana Republic next door is no longer there.It makes for an easy " get in and get out."

I ordered items online and had to return them at this store. This store reminds me of Lululemon, the only items in the store are leggings and tops. I wish they had the online items in the store.

This is my 8th time walking into this store with the worst customer service experience. I've been here multiple times to not be greeted or even acknowledge even when in the store for 20 minutes. Today was my last. I came to this store after leaving the Galleria location because the selection here is much better, hoping the service may perk up. To my surprise the Store Manager greeted me today, not to get me a fitting room as I was holding a pair of trousers but to talk to me about my return. I'd had a skirt sitting in my closet for a while and tossed the receipt thinking I was going to keep it. After explained that I wasn't sure how long I had it she had told me they would be able to return it after 60 days. Again, she never took my trousers to a fitting room and walked off. I picked up a few other items headed to the fitting room where Charlotte was very helpful. When I was finished I explained to Charlotte about the skirt and she was willing to look into it. This store doesn't get great cell reception so I stepped a few steps away to log into my Athleta account to verify date of purchase. Meanwhile the store manager came behind Charlotte to tell her that they won't return it. Charlotte apologized and handed me my skirt without even letting me verify my purchase history. I took my bag out to my car, got the cell service I needed and found that I was IN FACT within my 60 days. I walked back in and returned my skirt. From here on out this store will only be used for returns and I buy a lot from the online store. Hope you enjoy a deficit day!! I'll also be reaching out to corporate, again.

The store doesn't stay open until their advertised time. Showed up before posted closing and the doors were locked. Do better Athleta, seriously.

I stopped in looking for an available dress that I could wear to work after my yoga class. Victoria Showed me 2 dresses a Camo dress. I mentioned I didn't like it; so she walked off told me to look online and greeted another customer.Rude!!! I asked her were we finished she said yes! You can always look online and buy a dress. Well. I do say...I won't go back and won't buy anymore online.No thank you.

Athleta is my all time favorite athletic and athleisure store. All of their items are super high quality, comfortable, and stylish. In store, they have the best customer service, and in a recent experience I had a sweet woman named (I believe) Brenna was so helpful, kind, and approachable!

Cindy was so helpful! I would not have gotten in and out like I did if she wasn’t there to help me find the right fits for my body type. She was also extremely patient and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back.
