The worst pawn shop, and above all haughty, it turns out that I moved to the Texas Valley and I had a chain that was going to expire and I asked for leave from work because I was going to travel to Houston since it is 5 minutes away. :20 hours from where I live, before that we dialed him to tell him that if he can wait for us, the GPS shows that you would arrive 5 minutes late before closing and he answered that it is not possible, I told him we will go and take her out, could he wait for us, we live in the valley 5:20 from where are you, and then I dialed again and there was someone who only spoke English and I dialed again and they left me on hold for a long time, we arrived 8 minutes early and they are still open, when they said they were closing at You couldn't wait for us at 6 o'clock, the amount that was going to be taken out was lowered and then he was going to pay and it turns out that they told him that they didn't accept card payments ??♀️and he told me that they don't accept card payments so you can go to get the money they expect from you, when according to them they didn't wait any longer, that day it was raining I went to 3 ATMs and none of them would let me take it out, they said I would try later ☹️ and it turns out that they indicated that they were going to take the card but they were going to take us to charge a commission of $65 dollars ? for card payments and according to them they did not take cards, it felt like they were arrogant, they believe as if they can touch the sun with a finger, when above all the humility they do not know that, no I had had the time to give my opinion, they made us feel desperation, an anxiety that we had to arrive before the time they said

My aunt needed change to pay her Verizon phone bill next door as they said they didn’t have change, so we went to the Valero next to the pawn shop and they also said that they couldn’t make change. I suggested her to go into the pawn shop and inquire and Robert didn’t hesitate to help her. Thank you so much you could have said no, but you didn’t, it’s customer service like that that I love to see and matters. Let your boss know your a keeper.

This is a very professional place of business where you will find all kinds of cool stuff and you WILL get fair quotes for anything that you wish to pawn or sell. Ashford Pawn is my go to place when I need quick cash and I promise the bad reviews are just haters! The customer service is exceptional and the employees are always consistently kind and courteous. 10/10!

Never had a problem getting a loan for a firearm. Gave me what I needed. Saw an AR-10, might purchase if the price is reasonable. Brand new, they cost. Need one for my collection.

Hi my name is Geraldine A.K.A “Gigi” This a great place to do business with, I’ve been a customers a little over two years back and forth and between times and each time I go am treated with the uttermost respect , the representatives always meets my expectations on sale prices and offers. Today I visited an Mr. Robert took great care of me I was able to request a certain amount because I was trying to meet a personal need and needed just a few extra bucks, although a great price was offered for my item, Mr Robert went on my behalf to request a few more bucks and came back with positive results. Again I left a satisfied customer. I’ve also purchased a few items here in the past they always gives great prices, customer service and conversation. Great place to do business with.
