Visiting the Art of the World Gallery was a sublime experience. My reason was to see the work of the Egyptian Armen Agop. A sculptural and pictorial expression that captivates with its minimalism and harmony, leading us to inner peace. Each sculpture, whether in black granite or bronze, stands out for the subtlety of its sinuous curves and the simplicity of its forms, inviting us to connect with the present.Observing from afar the paintings, majestic black dots and delicate painted features, we are invited to embark on a journey into the depths of being and to connect with the inner energy, known in Hinduism, in the Vedic texts as chakra, whose meaning in Sanskrit is circle or wheel. The imposing black circumference absorbs the gaze, overwhelms and focuses us on the small spot of color. As we get closer, we appreciate how the pigment decomposes, unraveling into millions of volatile, dancing, floating dots, like planets and constellations in the viewer's universe, reaffirming the miracle of life. To enter the Art of the World Gallery is to immerse oneself in a BOUTIQUE MUSEUM, where the museography, the selection of works and artists, the lighting and the curatorship take care of every detail. The reception is warm, a smile immediately establishes a connection of related interests. Whether a collector, potential buyer or simply an art enthusiast, the visitor is attended to with attention to his or her desire to learn about and enjoy the exhibition. I was fortunate to speak with Liliana Molina, Co-Founder of the Gallery, who generously came out of her office and with a kind smile shared her time and perspectives in an enriching conversation. This experience was a delight, and I thank the entire gallery team for making my visit a pleasant experience.I highly recommend this beautiful Boutique Museum in Houston, TX, for those who wish to immerse themselves in art and enjoy a welcoming space.Thank you for enriching my spirit.

Totally recommend a visit to At of World Gallery. This is a lovely and quiet place to mentally relax and reflect on the beauty of art. Great for a date, girls day out , or just even solo. Best of all it's free.

I left inspired! The amount of art work they had in this small yet spacious building kept you occupied for at least an hour. I decided to come here not only for the art but to kill time while waiting on a friend to meet me for lunch. A few of my favorite artist from their selection was Chun Kwang Young, Sophia Vari, Bahk Seon Ghi, and Javier Marin. I will be back for a cute date :)

Fire Hazard. Rude, Dishonest Staff. In my opinion, Art of the World is the most unprofessional gallery I have encountered. I purchase art on a regular basis from major auction houses in the U.S. and internationally as well as from independent galleries. We visited during normal business hours. Upon entry, a gallery employee asked us to put masks on. I started to put my mask on, but I noticed none of the other customers were wearing masks. So I didn’t put my mask on. The gallery employee demanded I put a mask on. “None of your six other customers are wearing masks right now,” I replied. The employee paused for several seconds and replied, “they were drinking water.” None of the six unmasked customers were drinking water. There was no food or drink present. The employee’s surly attitude and dishonest statement made me decide to leave immediately. (Never purchase art from a gallery you do not trust.) When we tried to leave, we were trapped behind the locked front door. The gallery had locked the front door behind us. The gallery employee had to turn a key to permit us to exit the building. This is a serious fire hazard. Why were we singled out to wear masks when the half-dozen other customers were unmasked? Why did the gallery lock the front door behind us?All the unmasked customers and the gallery employee were white. One of us was African. Draw your own conclusion.Terribly disappointing to see this behavior in 2022, especially as the art world strives to become more inclusive.

Very upper class, high end art. Interesting place to visit but don't be surprised if they give you the once over like you don't belong.
