I want to give a huge thank you to Nick and Eric for their outstanding service! The windshield repair was completed without a hitch and in a very timely manner. They were incredibly professional, patient, and kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care, and I truly appreciate everything they did. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future window needs, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about the fantastic experience I had with them. If you’re looking for a team that is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers, Nick and Eric are the ones to trust. Highly recommend!

Outstanding quality for an amazing price! Front windshield of my 2018 Colorado was cracked by a rock. I called and they quoted me $257 (was $375 at safelight) and I set up an appointment for the next day. Arrived and they finished in 1 hr and returned my truck very clean. 1 month later and windshield is still doing great.

Excellent service and work done! My back windshield was busted by someone and Ivan got me in within an hour of calling and got it done quickly with detail including cleaning out the glass in my vehicle. Really appreciate the customer service by the team on a not very good day and happy to support a local shop in my neighborhood.

Atlas Auto Glass did a good job replacing my front windshield. All of my sensors work great. The only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they left my interior dirty. Arm rest on door panel was dirty, center arm rest was dirty, and majority of my dash was dirty due to there hands being dirty covered in black. Besides that nice job 👍🏻

I originally had an appointment scheduled Monday 09/09 at 2 PM. I texted the shop and asked if we could move the appointment to 3:15 PM as I was running late. They were kind and said sure - we will move it in the system. I show up at about 3 PM and they inform me that the window tinter called in today. I’m just not sure why they didn’t tell me earlier as we were already in contact. I drove across town and rushed for no reason.
Edited to add: I reached out and expressed my frustration and received no response. It doesn’t look like they respond to any negative reviews on Google. Be careful if you give them your business.

Someone shattered my rare windshield, I called Atlas and they were able to get me in within the hour for replacement! The customer service was good and the work was great and the cost was reasonable, thank you guys!

Outstanding service! These guys work at lightning speed and are professional, prepared, and quoted me $320 for a job that all other Houston locations quoted me $450-500. If you need tinting or windshield fixes, Atlas Auto Glass is your place.
