I went here for the first time and this place is awful. I spent $145 and half my clothes were still wrinkled. When i called to complain about my service the lady didn’t care. And basically said not my problem!
I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I never leave negative reviews. But their prices are way too high for this type of service

I dropped several items to get dry cleaned. Paid around $300.00 the front office person had a bad attitude because of the amount of clothes I dropped off, then when I went to a 15 birthday when I put the dress on smelled horrible like my clothes hadn't been dried all the way and then put into the plastic. Never going back again.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

AnswerI am going to expose them in every social media on Facebook on Instagram etc I need a quick answer today or max tomorrow this is not a way to deal with costumer at allIt’s a theft and they charged my account in the top of having 128 dollars Eileen fisher shirt disappear

I’ve been here weekly for the last year and can summarize with: it works. They’re not the most super-pleasant people you’ll ever meet, and the service is by no means quick (~3 days). But they get the job done, and my dress shirts look totally fine.

Good starchy clean, but a little slower than some other places. Usually takes 2-3 days instead of 1 day. I have yet to have a tough stain to see how they do with it

An underwhelming place. The 2 ladies at the front take the clothes and give you a pick-up time - without telling you the cost of the drop-off and when you ask for the cost, they’re very rude about it. I may have to find another place. Would rather pay a little extra for some professionalism and kindness.

Been coming here for a year, then the lady with tattoo in right arm said the owner starts mandatory of dry clean if the shirt’s button is not white. There is no other option.

They ruined a pair of my dress pants that I paid a pretty good amount of money for! She told me that maybe the material was old, however I just bought these and had only worn them 2 times. There are holes all over them now. I asked if they could be fixed and she said no. She didn't offer anything. Basically just told me it was a total loss.

They do very good cleaning however! I left my shirts twice there requesting to wash and they keep dry cleaning it and charge double and then on delivery expect tips. When did dry cleaning company start requesting tip on dry cleaner services?? . So if price is not factor and you don’t mind spending 18 Bux for 4 shirts every week then this is a place for you.
