I hate this place. The atmosphere and attitude is over bearing. No one is approachable. They just rush by like your not there ? No eye contact so not to talk with anyone ? It’s like pulling teeth to get someone to help. Bad business. But it’s the way breaking in the new program. You will take this attitude pays us ( a lot ) and like . Wearing expensive clothing shoes , tattoos? Very egotistical. lol . But I’m the crazy one. Everyone there knows how they do business and get rewarded.

I was there at the store and addsked for help and they set me up and apt and quoted me about an hour (1pm) and sent a text right away at noon saying my apt was at 3:50 . I asked the guy if it was 3:50 and he reassured me it be about an hour....I come back in an hour an another associate told me another 45 min so i did and they told me they pushed it back to 3:50. or if i just wanted to do a phone call......I wouldn't have minded 3:50 but instead i waited around till 1:45 . instead they sent me home with a number to call instead.I wasted all the time waiting around bc the associate didn't tell me he put me on a "wait list" and telling me id get in

Extremely unprofessional and less caring store I ever went too…… including the manager. Waited for like 30 minutes almost for some questions on the new iPhone and iPad only to be left wandering as if I wasn’t worth there time. Had to ask numerous employees for help before I gave up asked for a manager. Even then the manager gave us disgusted attitude looks towards me. I told him I just wanted questions and specials they had for the new Apple products and immediately kept pestering me if I was going to buy something. After the 4th or 5th time of him asking me I just left the store annoyed. He tried leaving even when I told him I wasn’t for sure. I was going to buy something in full, but guess they don’t know how customer service works. Might be racial profiling too.

Stood around for about 15 minutes waiting for an employee to assist. Didn't get assistance until I walked up to a group of employees standing there having a conversation.

I’m so grateful for Crystal, I came in hysterical with a phone that was stuck in a reboot loop and she was so kind and informed. Kept me in the loop for the entirety of my service and held great conversation. Genius’ like her are reason I stick with Apple. I’m so thankful for her help today. I left with my phone fixed and a smile on my face. I was also greeted by the Manager, Aaron who was also kind and welcoming. Aaron got me set up with an appointment on the spot. I was out within an hour. Thank you for your work Crystal I really appreciate you! Happy holidays.

I was helped today by Ray. He was wonderful!! He helped me trade in my iphone 13 pro, which valued at a pretty good price with his help. I was so stressed today about not being able to fix my iPhone 13 and found out it would have been better to just trade it in for the 15. He was such a nice guy and genuinely cares!!!

I have a 4 p.m. appointment but I'm not even going to waste my time after reading all the horror stories of the customer service with how rude they are no thanks. They make my blood pressure go up just thinking about going into this store apple please do better.

Preordered the IPhone 15, arrived during my time slot and was quickly given excellent service. Carson was awesome! He helped me set up my new Iphone and made sure I was situated with a new case and screen protector. Seamless process with attentive care, 10/10.

An employee here looked at me like I kicked his dog when I asked for help.This assistant:- has a plushy-build- has a scalp with some hair on the sides- was seen talking to a FedEx driver- gives male-Karen energy.The other people I talked with were:- helpful- welcoming- good representatives of AppleIt's sad, but one worker with Squidward-energy can ruin the experience for customers and potentially rub off on their co-workers. I'm sure there's plenty of people who want to work here and provide a good customer experience.

This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many in the Houston area. They aren’t helpful and bordering on rude. If you buy a $400+ watch you would think you could use it and it not be completely dead upon purchasing thereby not knowing if it works. I waited 15 minutes for it to charge with nothing happening. The partner had the nerve to suggest I go home. Wow! Good job

I was helped by Perla!! (I think that was her name) Saturday evening. but she was the sweetest person ever!! She helped me with choosing the right iPad for me and showed me a lot of the cool features on it as well. Great customer service !!

Terrible customer service, so many employees but no one to check anyone in or greet us. had an appointment and waited over an hour at the genius bar. After asking twice about my appointment they said it was canceled. Made me a new appointment and still didn’t get any help for another 20 minutes. Was going to buy a phone case but quickly changed my mind. Made me not even went to spend money with apple. Please go to another store unless you want to waste you time.

After trying to buy a iPhone 14 Pro Max - $$money out$$ - ready to buy on the spot - the Apple employee told me it would be a 15 minute wait to be helped even though he was apparently doing nothing. Got snotty with us when asked. Headed for the Samsung store at the Galleria and was instantly helped. I was on the fence between the iPhone and S23+ - Many thanks to the Apple employee for helping me make up my mind and showing me where my business is appreciated.

I walked into Willowbrook mall apple store location just to get some insight on their iPads. I did a little research online myself but I'm old school, I like person to person interaction sometimes. I stepped into the store and a representive approached me. My first question was what is an older model ipad that I can purchase used (of course not from the apple store) for my kids that still can update well? It Doesn't make sense to buy a 4 year old and 6 year old the newest iPad. His face instantly turned to disgusted. I'm assuming they are commissioned based employees by his reaction. He walked me over to an iPad, tapped the screen and left. I looked around confused because my next question was which one works best for business because I actually wanted purchase a new one for myself. He walked by me again talking to a co-worker and I asked how much is this ipad you showed me? He pointed to the iPad and continued to talk to his co worker, like seriously! It was almost like I insulted his mother. I'm not the type of reviewer to trash the product because of a bad experience but that Apple Store really needs to refocus on customer service. I took the high road and took my business elsewhere but it is terrible how in store service has changed and that I left the store with the same questions I had before entering the store.
