Gave them the quest ID when i made the appointment. Gave me the cup to pee to be told that the quest id is only for the location listed on the paperwork. Yall suck at the simple job

Had a very nice experience with Patricia (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly)! I got there 1.5 hours before my appointment time and she helped me right away! Super friendly and service was fast! If I need anything else done in the future, I would definitely come back!

I came to this location after I was turned away from the Westheimer one ( they didn't have a razor ha! ) . I was lucky to make it here on time and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. I wish I asked the workers name, she was so professional, efficient and helpful.Thank you for making this process so smooth and painless...
