Literally was turned around by a husky Hispanic lady with tattoos on her arm claiming they do not do a certain blood test on Saturdays. I walked in with the blood test kit and she immediately said we do not those on the weekend. Not even a good morning or hello how can I help you. Never did explain why they couldn’t do it. It seems she didn’t want to do her job or for that matter be at work. I was in the parking lot in my car and saw her walk in 15 mins late and they opened at 10am on Saturdays. The thing is, I called last week and spoke with her and she asked what blood kit I had and told me they did walkins and I could come In Saturday when I asked her. She then claimed it may have been another girl. It took a lot for me to not get upset and go there because I am expecting. I left out and called the other location and the guy said they could do the test. I’m not sure why she said they didn’t do them. I just really think she’s lazy and didn’t want to do it. Which is fine, it got done elsewhere. Def wouldn’t recommend this location.

I was advised this morning by my employer that I need to go take a trip and that happened at work. I got online and set an appointment for 1230 at this location. Paid my fees online as well as filled out all the proper paperwork so when I walked in, I could immediately take the test and go back to work when I arrive. There was a note on the door saying this location is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I was able to knock on the door and speak to somebody Who told me she was new here and that there was nobody there that can help me and there was another location 15 minutes of the street that is open that they do not close for lunch and they should not be busy when I asked her if she could call that location and make sure they can see me when I arrive so it doesn’t look like I’m altering my drug screening test by taking more time to get it done. She said I don’t have the number I said is there anyway that we could collectively verify that when I get there I can walk in and take the test she said no I don’t have the number and then close the door on me and locked it. There are many many drug testing places across the city of Houston that are about the same price if you’re planning on needing a drug test in a timely manner do not set an appointment for this location for many reasons for one they’re not transparent about the times, they are closed and will allow you to set an appointment for the time they are closed and two you have to do with somebody who ad You to go somewhere else without any relevant information and won’t even assist you in insuring that when you show up an appointment can be set

Hours on door state open Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM. They are apparently closed on Saturdays. I was not informed of this after telling staff I would be back on Saturday to get results read

Don't know the young man's name at the front desk and also drew my blood, but was VERY kind and professional. This is the 4th time I have used this lab for my blood work and every time, I have been very satisfied.
