Easy to schedule an appointment online. Staff on site were friendly and professional. In and out for blood work less than 15 minutes. Place was very clean as well. Would recommend to anyone. Janice was a pleasure!

The Holcombe location is horrible. The First tech could not draw my blood so she asked another tech for help to draw blood. I was poked with a needle in each arm! I waited four days and had no results. I called the location and the tech informed me that I had to come back in and re-draw blood. I asked what happened to the blood that was drawn. No one could give me an answer. I Drove back to the location and requested a refund. I was not risking the same thing happening with my blood or arm again. This experience has been a huge inconvenience! I don’t feel the incident was handled correctly or professionally. It is not the cleanest place also. I would not recommend patronizing this location.
