The lady at the checkout counter at the Ann Taylor Galleria Houston was rude, abnoxious and racist. She called the customers names. Never had such a bad experience with any staff at any Ann Taylor. I hope The management takes appropriate actions to fix that lady's attitude or better yet, fire her

EXCELLENT service! The team at the Galleria treat customers with so much respect. I had a big purchase that had some complications. Tiffany was quick to fix and communicated with me regularly throughout the process. I felt really valued as a customer. Thank you!

Horrible service and rude staff. I was yelled at for my gf coming out to show me something she tried on while I waited in the dressing room area. Since they do not allow men in the waiting area.The helper decided it was appropriate to raise her voice and embarrass us instead of nicely asking or letting us know about this unwritten rule.

I loved shopping here. Great customer service I ended up spending way much more than I was thinking. But still love all the clothing pieces I bought from Ann taylor. I had to switch sizes on one skirt and one blazer. They happily helped. Love it I highly recommend shopping at Ann Taylor for very nice styles and great customer service.

This is the worse Ann Taylor I have ever shopped. Nonexistent customer service and they do not know there inventory either. Today I waited 10 minutes to try shoes on.Some of the sales associates were not dressed properly either! No greeting, no apologies for taking so long to bring out 1 pair of shoes I wanted to try on either. I’m new to Houston And I will never shop here again! I rather drive to The Woodlands.

Ann taylor clothing quality are really good loved shopping there, excellent customer service, helpful staff had some returns young at the cashier happily helped me! Will definitely come next time to shop.
