Great customer service, They are friendly and very respectful Ani holds a conversation with you. She recommended a shampoo I needed and it help. It's best to make an appointment so my daughter and I were satisfied with our haircut and my step son was too he normally fights other barbers but this time he felt comfortable. Took forever, waited over an hour to be seen with only two people ahead of us. Then when they started on one of us some guy gets to skip the line because the lady knew him. How disrespectful and disappointing.
