Terrific service. I needed a watch battery, and my watch was missing a tiny silicon piece. Angels replaced my battery and the silicon piece for the same price as a battery alone. I will be returning.

They just said that their products don't have a guarantee. Not recommended at all. I came here to repair a gold bracelet and the "new" part they put in didn't last a good month. Unless you have money to give without proper service, you do not want to take it anything to this place for repair. My friend and I dropped off his watch so that can get a link removed for a better fit. When he got his watch back it was all broken up. There were pieces in the watch that were loose and would make noises when he moved the watch around. When he walked back into the store (he never left the parking lot) he was told the watch was like that when he dropped it off. The watch was in perfect condition when we dropped it off. This place is a rip off and evidently don't know anything about jewelry repairs.

A week ago, I wanted to exchange never- worn earrings that was purchased as a birthday gift. The earrings are too large for the birthday child. I called in advance to check the store's policy. There is a no refund policy & exchanges can only be made within 3 days. What type of policy is this for a jewelry store where it's common to spend a hundred plus dollars per transaction? You live and learn. My fault for not going to a large, reputable, well-established jewelry store. ????

The guy in the store got great customer services and was very helpful too.Did two wrist watches ⌚️ battery change and it was at a very affordable price than any other place i had used...though didn’t give me any warranty neither but said i can return if any issue.Not sure I Understand what he met but hopefully nothing comes up

Angle's Jewelry & Gift is my favorite jewelry store. They have such a great selection of special things, and things you just want to wear every day. Also, you feel really comfortable just hanging out and looking around.
Also took my watch to get fixed and They were great! Ask for Kim. He is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and funny.
