I love shopping here. Ive been coming for years now, when before they moved to the new location. Great prices and good deals all around. Most of the people working here are great! I give it 3 stars, though, because I've had numerous times where I come here with my mom, and this lady at the counter keeps trying to rip her off. Most of the employees are awesome, but it's just one person that makes the experience kind of off putting. My mom can barely speak English, but she knows numbers, especially when they don't add up. It's been multiple times now that she goes to pay what it says on the price tag even on the boutique items and the cashier tells her no it's not that price it's a more expensive price. Despite her coworkers and everyone else, you ask, telling her she's wrong. Multiple times now, when we go to pay, we've been charged way more than what we got. And if you don't pay attention to the numbers, they'll just go ahead and make you pay it. Like??? How hard is it to do your job and actually charge us for what we are getting? We've gotten multiple items that the price is clearly stated on the price tag and on the item itself in white chalk so there's no denying how much it is but we still get told by her, no it should be more? Do you own the store? Why are you trying to make us pay more than what is clearly stated. I love shopping here. Don't get me wrong, but I just don't like how she tries to swindle out of an extra few bucks.Other than that, it's great. Big open warehouse type store. Great selection to choose from. From electronics to toys, movies/games, and clothing. They have it all.

This is a great place for retail therapy. The workers are kind and friendly. You will find something that you like and if not, you get some steps in. I love shopping here and you will too!!

I've donated and shopped here. Guys at donation door friendly and helpful. Store doesn't have enough parking availability. Nice selections inside. Check out is always a hassle. Long lines and staff chatty with customers which causes back up. I understand friendliness but they shouldn't worry about telling people that they have to move along. People don't sit and get chatty at other stores, this should be no different.

This is a great thrift store! Sales are random, which is not my favorite, but their prices are generally quite good regardless. Kids clothing is $2.00 per piece - cheaper for age 2 and under. There aren't tons of racks, but I've always found an item or 2 for my boys! Large book section, and we were thrilled to happen in on a "buy 4 for $1.00" book sale day, which was such a treat for all of us!

I've donated several good sized hauls to this shop. The last 2 times an older white man was extremely rude, not even saying hello or thank you at the donation drop off. I will continue to donate to this charity to help others, but the workers, other than the nice young lady I've seen working hard inside, are very off putting.

I had many donations to drop off however, no one would even answer the phone, guess I’ll take everything to Goodwill instead.

First off - I am tired of people bashing on Angel's Attic because it's not the same anymore. All they're saying is it's not as cheap as it was anymore. And WE WERE ABSOLUTELY SPOILED with how extraordinarily reasonable it was. They are still cheaper than most places and their products are better. They have a thing called Boutique items. If you shop in the boutique area, then yes it is more expensive. Instead of $2 to $5 jeans you're going to be buying $15 jeans but these $15 jeans are 40 to $60 in the store. This goes for shoes and purses too. I have bought a Michael Kors, the sack, Dooney & Burke and others that are very expensive for 20 to 40 dollars....and depending on the condition it can go as high as 80. But you're getting a $300+ purse for 80. This money goes to help people in need. Remember AA is not there for you to go on a shopping spree; it's there for you to buy & and get what you need to help the organization help those in need.NEGATIVE - "the building" - yes I completely agree that the organization of the new building absolutely stinks. We like the old building because it was compartmentalized. There were many rooms and each room was distinct. One room was for books, another for women's clothing, another for knick knacks and decorating items, the other was men's and children's, another was the toy room otherwise known at this time of year as the Christmas room. Then you had the appliance area and the area with all the blankets and linens. Then you had an area for housewares and general electronic stuff and Hardware. Then there was the excellent furniture room. **Everything had its own place**. In the new building everything is everywhere I don't care how they're trying to organize it it's just feels blah. It feels like somebody's messy house. That is why I gave a 4 star instead of five is because of the open concept.**Complain about the building all day but don't complain about anything else.Angel's attic is still a good place to shop!
