Initially they keep shipping out the supplies without checking if I need them or no: later, I asked them to not ship them out. Once I actually needed something, they said they won’t provide it. They could have gotten a new order form the Md to provide the needed items but they said I can order off of Amazon.

I love this place, they give me the right diapers for my son that is an autistic boy. Others places keep sending me the wrong size that why I move to this company.. and they really help me get the right size that I need it… no more stress for me thanks to this company

Very unprofessional company. Continues to bill my insurance for medical supplies even though I relocated and I am no longer receiving any medical supplies through them. They lied to my insurance company and showed "proof" that the items were delivered even though I have not received medical supplies for months and informed them that I no longer need the supplies.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Deliveries are always a week or more late and when call to find out why or talk to a supervisor only get given the run around and keep transferring me to other people who say nope let me transfer to such and such. When asking for a supervisor name and number I'm told they don't know how to contact the supervisor! When making a complaint about delivery being now 9 days over due I am told well it's only incontinence supplies so not like it's a big deal!!!! WOW!!!! THANK YOU ANGEL MEDICAL SUPPLY FOR DOWNGRADING MY CHILDS NEEDS

My Dad needed a hospital bed asap on Friday for a new home. I called Angel Medical Supply and Javier made it happen. Bed was delivered Monday and Antonio set it up, showed me how to use the controls and I know my Dad will rest comfortably. I would definitely use them again.

If you have insurance might want to double think this place. Conswella is the insurance person and she not very good at it. Takes her time, tells you she sent stuff to the doctors before she actually sent it last time we talked was May 8th and was told by her she sent it as soon as we got off the phone. Then called her to see exactly what day she sent it and she sent it on the 12th. Right now it’s may 18th and it has been a solid month since I started TRYING to be come a patient. It’s not just this one incident, it’s been the whole time pull teeth with every form.

Had trouble getting my RX to them from the start (fax line was always busy), once I was finally able to get it successfully faxed no one contacted me for a few days, so I called to follow-up; they claimed nothing was received, so I had to drop it off in person. Things took an additional two weeks, during this time I had to call to receive status updates as no one was contacting me. They then tell me incorrect information about what my insurance would cover, so I had an insurance rep contact them to explain; they informed the insurance rep he was inaccurate about my coverage and deductible and were completely unwilling to listen. The insurance suggested I use another provider as Angel Medical Supply was both incorrect and seemingly very confused. Meanwhile, a month of time has passed, I have had my surgery and I'm without the device needed to walk and my original RX. A complete waste of time and energy that has left me feeling incredibly frustrated.

My mom and I were at MD Anderson and realized the travel oxygen concentrator we brought from home was not functioning correctly. We called Angel Medical Supply and spoke with Javier. He patiently listened to me as I described what had happened and what my mom needed. He located an oxygen concentrator that would meet her needs and had it delivered to our hotel within a very short timeframe. The prompt service from Javier and the staff at Angel Medical Supply was a great relief for my mom and me. Thank you!
